We truly thank you for your assistance, patience and more importantly, professionalism of superb customer service during the entire process of our pursuit of purchasing a vehicle. With the vehicle industry being negatively impacted due to the economy, we were in great hopes of purchasing a vehicle from one of several auto dealers. Due to our own fact-finding of available sales, our credit situation, lack of communication, and poor customer service, we were hindered practical/potential opportunities. This mishap is what lead us to you, Eastern Automotive Group.
Alex, has very good customer techniques. I was in the market for buying a car for a while but was not ready. I have visited other dealerships but was pressure too much. Alex did not pressure and was very pleasant and patient. He called me, not once but a couple times, to make sure that I was getting the answers that I needed and very understanding to my situation.
Staff was excellent…I couldn’t afford the monthly on the original vehicle I wanted but they did get me into something that was just as good…Great salesperson, great manager and a great car. Well be back again

We purchased a vehicle from Temple Hills-the van we purchased was supposed to be at the dealership when we arrived, but wasn’t-it had to be driven there from Baltimore, so we had to wait for it to arrive….3 hours later!!!! We have had service issues with this vehicle ever since-it has been to Eastern’s Recon in Laurel twice and to a Honda dealership once. I found out yesterday from the service tech and service manager that I have been driving this 2008 HOnda Oddyssey with a CRACKED AXLE. Long story short, it never passes inspection before we purchased it-the service manager that passed it was fired about a month ago and i have hired an atty. I realize most people that purchase from Easterns do not have any other financing options but PLEASE do not buy from them. They are in the business of buying damaged vehicles at auction, skimming them past inspection and selling them at KBB value-which they are in NO WAY worth. I have also contacted and filed a complaint with the State’s Atty’s office and BBB.
I purchased a vehicle from Easterns Auto Expo in July 2011. The sales personnel at this dealership were inviting but very uninformative in regard to their policies and vehicle information.
Two weeks after my purchase, I was told by Easterns that they only honored a 5 day return policy on all vehicles, as most dealerships give you 30 days. This wasn’t explained by my salesperson at the time of my initial meeting. I also asked for a service request for my passenger side seat which was not taken care of after speaking to my salesperson twice about the issue. My salesperson at Easterns also failed to produce a CarFax report for the vehicle I was interested in.
I later discovered that my 2010 vehicle was also worth much less than what I am currently paying for it after having the vehicle appraised at a local CarMax dealership.
Upon having the car appraised, I then realized that my vehicle was having an issue with a water leak which I now have to take to a certified dealership which manufactures my type of vehicle. Luckily, Easterns warranty will cover this. At the same time, after only two months of having my vehicle I should not have to put it in a shop for repair. This is a major inconvenience.
As an inexperienced car buyer this dealership will not give you all the information regarding your vehicle if you don’t know to ask the right questions. The sales personnel here are more concerned about their commissions and making a sale rather than satisfying you as a customer and being honest and informative with potential buyers.
Eastern’s Auto Expo of Temple Hills provides low quality customer service and vehicles. With that being said, I highly suggest that if you are looking for a decent and reliable used vehicle and better customer service that you don’t go to Easterns Auto Expo of Temple Hills.
I purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla. Dave Babb were great. I enjoyed the experience. I will recommend Easterns to all my friends and relatives.
It took some time but sales rep was great and very helpful. We purchased a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country. This is our 2nd visit here. In 2006 we bought our 2006 Chrysler Sebring; both times we have been very pleased. Over all our experience were great and you will always have our business plus my sister is going to purchase a vehicle next year, she will be going to Easterns.
