My Grand Subaru reviewWe came in on July 11,2020 to look at a 2020 Crosstrek or 2020 Legacy. Afiza was the one that was supposed to be helping us, although I would not call it “help”. She looked at us like we were not serious about buying from the very beginning and I can’t figure out why. I felt extremely rushed, like I was supposed to get a price quote from her and immediately agree to making 63 months of car payments without thinking it over or asking additional questions. We told her we would go to another Subaru dealer and she said to go ahead. And we did!! Brilliance Subaru of Elgin was WONDERFUL to deal with! They actually wanted our business and worked with us for as long as it took to negotiate a fair price (and way cheaper than what Afiza quoted us by the way!). They even drove to Indiana to get me the car color I wanted! I could not be happier with my new purchase of a fully loaded car with all the trimmings. Don’t waste your time here – go to Elgin Subaru instead!
