😡 I stiopped in on 8/24/09@ 10:30. As I was driving to town to shop.I experienced smoke coming from my driver’s side door jam. .. My son and I walked up to the servic e desk. We waited. T he person wearing a tie.Looked up from the computer and asked us if he could help.{condasending manor}. We explained to him what had happened.He asked if I bought from Eagle and I said No. Then he started to explain that {]you ]} don’t really service vehicles that aren’t bought there. That he didn’t have time to check his computer and see if it was a factory defect. I responded that the suv had been serviced there..My son asked if I could have a loaner and he went on to say the loaners are booked weeks ahead.He didn’t want to take care of me…Nor was he concerned if we were hurt. at this point I informed him not to judge a book by its cover..{we were dressed plain as we had been working outside.}I informed him that I own a business. Aproduct is a product.and I backed my products. He asked if someone jammed another wire down in there.I said NO.Responding the suv sits in a heated garage.He then said at this he had no one to look and would’nt. able to get it in. I explained I live in Hamilton Cty. He told to take it to a dealer there. I explained that a dealer was MILES from me. I told him he was a nobody.THAT’s how I was treated.Walking out I m ade an appointment for 8/26/09..I left there.Drove to another dealer. Walked in and was treated like a human being. The suv was fi xed that day by 1:30.. :). ..I strongely suggest you send your tie man to customer service school..:confused: As business owner he wouldn’t be on my payroll.:(
