Lettie was a very easy person to deal with, she was very straightforward with me and helped me get, what I feel was a good car deal!Nice group of people!
We had visited the Nissan dealership and casually mentioned to Chris we wanted to trade our Chrysler Town & Country on a Quest – nothing fancy – but none were available so we put our idea on hold. A few weeks later Chris called us quite unexpectedly to say he had found a Quest and invited us in to see it. It was much more van than we anticipated and the deal Chris and the Uftring team presented was much better than we could have guessed. Uftring actions did not stop at the sale – The service staff has been extremely dependable for routine maintenance and anything beyond routine has been first time fixed – no runaround and no ‘bring it in again’ resulting from failed attempts to correct any situation. Should you go to Uftring? YES! Will we go there again? YES! Salesman Chris, and the service department, have exceeded our expectations that we had derived from years of experience with other places. I purchased my 2006 Titan new from Uftring Nissan. I have had all service performed by the dealership. Without question I have always received unquestionable service and have been treated with the utmost respect. I have received support for any issues the have occurred during my ownership. Most recently, I had to have the front struts replaced at only 59500 miles. Because I am very “gentle” in my use of this vehicle, I asked for some support on the cost of this maintenance. Uftring went to bat for me with Nissan and helped me with this service.
This is the third vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Uftring. We are now considering trading our 2004 Saab Convertible on a new Maxima. While there are other vehicles that are competitive both price and performance with the Maxima, the service department, sales staff (Elton Herrick) and support we have received from Uftring make it a “no-brainer” to continue to do business with Uftring.:D
