My Truck & SUV Superstore reviewThis dealer is deceptive! Don’t ever buy here! I went with a friend of mine to the Huge Used Car Tent sale and she ended up buying a car from the Superstore, what a mistake! They promised her a 6.75% interest rate but didn’t tell her was that it was all subject to approval from the bank. They did put in the fine print of the contract that the loan was subject to approval but it was never pointed out and the salesman told her it was approved at that APR. Three days later they call her to say that she has to resign her loan at over 15% because the bank didn’t approve the original loan. I called to tell them that it was wrong to not inform someone that a loan is subject to change after promising a rate and signing the papers and the manager hung up on me! I called him back and argued with him for 20 minutes about why it is wrong to mislead people before he hung up on me again. In conclusion, take the bus before you buy from this deceptive, dishonest, and misleading car dealer.
