I FOUND THIS DEALERSHIP AND ITS STAFF TO BE HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL. WHAT A PLEASANT CHANGE FROM MOST OF THE OTHERS I HAVE VISITED. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO BY MY NEXT VEHICLE FROM THEM
If these guys were so wonderful, why did you not buy a car from them? Under did you purchase from the dealership you have selected no? I normally would not comment but my experience with them was sooo bad that I wonder if they have tried to make a change or if this is a sales rep / someone in house posting this to up their ratings.
I went to the Autoworld Dealer in East Meadow(?), after seeing a great deal in teh newspaper and talking to a sales rep on the phone. I walked in with my 4 year old and it was like being in a nightclub the music was so loud. The girl I spoke to over the phone introduced me to the “salesman” Washington. WHen I showed the add to him he said ” you think you are gettin a new car for that price?” He’s lucky he walked away. What a low class lying organization and crappy sales person.
I RECENTLY VISITED GENERATION KIA PRE-OWNED IN PATCHOGUE AFTER VISITING SEVERAL OTHER LOCATIONS AND FOR THE RECORD I FOUND THE ENTIRE STAFF KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND MOST OF ALL WILLING TO ASSIST ME IN FINDING BOTH AN AFFORDABLE AND PRACTICAL VEHICLE. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DETERMINE MY NEEDS (KIDS, COMMUTE, AND ECONOMY) AND I FOUND THEM TO BE TOTAL PROFESSIONALS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FRIENDS…….WHATEVER THEY ARE DOING WITH THEIR STAFF….I FOR ONE HOPE THEY KEEP DOING IT
They are ripoff artists.They try to push you to buy an extended warranty that covers garbage for almost $4000 on top of trying to make you pay full sticker price.While I was waiting for my new car to be prepped for me I noticed that they were ripping me off even more in the long run on the payments.Then the “new car” was brought out it looked like it was used with scratches all over it.I saw that they prep the cars in a dirt parking lot.All they wanted was for me to sign and kept pushing it and wouldn’t let me read the paperwork.Do yourself a favor and never go there.I can’t wait for them to go out of business.
Horrible dishonest people.. Just like every review says.. Cant wait till they go out of business. Dave is a loser of a salesman.. Get some new work shoes buddy cause your are beatup… What liers!. I went there to look at a car just an hour before i spoke to them about the same car.. when i go tthere mind u with my 3 young chilrden who i had to drag with me .. beacause they wouldnt give me any info over the phone about the car.. i got there and the car was just sold.. Just stay away from them.. Everyone i talk to about them has nothin good to say about them….

Spoke with John about a 2009 white Nissan Murano, listed for $17,500. We made an appointment for me to see it on 12/15. John called my cell phone at 12:45 to confirm the appointment. When I got to the dealer at 1:20 amazingly that car was sold but he had others I could see. Dishonest, horrible, dealership. This dealer had no reviews because they changed their name. Check their other dealer autoworld or autogiant in east meadow and see their bad reviews. Do yourself a favor, call Dan Short at Smithtown Kia. I spoke with him a week earlier, while shopping around. He actually left that dealership to go to Smithtown because he couldn’t take the lies and angry customers anymore.
Unprofessional, Lazy, Rude, Swindlers. Pretty much the words I would use to describe this place and I didn’t even buy a car from them. On top of the terrible lack of origination that was clearly going on they just had no clue how to sell a car. There is not one positive thing I can say about my experience with them. The biggest thing that I will point out is when I went to trade in my current car. The dealership it self has a huge sign up on the wall sating ” 2000 dollars for any trade in” yet they told me my 2002 Jetta that is in very good shape was only worth $1000, trying to say was totaled once before,witch I know for a fact was not true and have the records to prove . They are so incapable of doing there jobs correctly that they can not even read a car fax report correctly. Stay far far away… go to another dealership. These guys wasted over a week of my life going back and forth trying to make a deal. Save your self the time and hassle.
