I recently purchased a 1998 Ford Explorer from Happy Motors that after 10 hours of owning the car was inoperable. They told me they could not figure out what was wrong with the car. After fighting with them they agreed to put me in another vehicle for the same price. I should also mention that when I arrived to pick up the replacement car, the broken Explorer was back for sale on the lot. The new car being a 2004 Buick Regal. That car broke down less than two weeks later. They told me that’s what I get for purchasing a used car and that there is always a risk involved with that. They will not give me money back and take their worthless car back. So I am stuck with a vehicle that does not work and I am out 1800. Do not go by the BBB rating on this company because I contacted them with my complaint and they didn’t even log it. I am still financially bound to a car and company that are both worthless. I have tried to contact the owner there isn’t one.
