Visited with a friend to pickup a car. Upon signing final paperwork, we were told that the two year warranty (oil changes, tire rotation, fluid change etc…) was dependent on us giving them two five star reviews. Upon our protest, we were told this was company policy and that we should talk to the owner who is out of the country for at least two more months. Disorganized, unprofessional, rude and cheats, I was appalled at the way they did business. Stay Away.
Very friendly people.
I bought a car from Fidelity Ventures. I had a issue with the car after I purchased the car although Summer and the owner were able to get the issue fixed with the mechanic. Other than that car was perfect.
Summer was ab;e to help me buy the car I wanted.
Thank you
Do not buy a car from this dealer. Crooks, Criminals, Rude, No Integrity. My son worked and saved up his money for a down payment on one of their cars. My son purchased the car and within not even 2 weeks the motor went out. I had two mechanics look at it, and both mechanics stated the car should not have been sold to the public. Metal bearing all in the engine. This dealer would not even help pay for the engine to get repaired, not even half. They just took my son money, and he still had to come up with more to get it repaired. Summers, Angel, and all are crooks. Stay far away from this dealer.
We found our car through carsdirect.com and the people at Fidelity Ventures were excellent. I submitted a credit application thorough their web site and within 5 minutes they called me and had approved me for a loan which was 2% below my credit union. Summer was awesome to deal with and had all of the paperwork ready for us when we came in. There was no sales pressure and she was very caring to help us with our needs for the 2008 Honda Accord we purchased. I would definitely recommend this broker to other people. Thanks again Summer!!!
I just want to say hope that you enjoy your new car. remember us when you buy your next car and I will help you out to the best that I can.
Great guys to work with. Really impressive
Definitely recommend. Love my Bmw, no complaints
Definitely the right place to purchase a new used car for a wholesale price. After reviewing and test driving a Lexus, BMW, and Infiniti as well as looking at the carfax reports for free I had my heart set on the Infiniti. I couldn’t be more happy with it even though it was a difficult choice since all the cars were in excellent condition and drove to my satisfaction. The process was hassel free and sufficient unlike most car dealers and the savings couldn’t be beat anywhere else.
Horrible.
Manager (Summer) is disrespectful and rude. She doesn’t know what’s going on and has no authority. I have a video of her ignoring us. She put headphones in and started playing on her phone. She wears sweatpants and jean shorts to work. Unprofessional.
She doesn’t care about people. I’m not even the one getting the car and I can see this. Why is she in this industry?
She told my brother, I will postpone your car if you keep asking questions. We recorded this!
4 groups of people came in and were helped and left before us. We’ve been sitting here for 2 hours! He said wait, I’m on the phone….
Finance manager (angel) is rude and unhelpful.
Joe is an employee and is pretty good.
The owner is never there nor is he available but is a cool guy. When it comes to business, unreliable. He wouldn’t answer his phone because he was at an auction.
They wouldn’t tell us the steps needed before my brother gets the car. He already put money down to reserve the car and had $3000 cash for down payment.
It has been about 2 months of coming up here and no progress.
Today, I told him to ask for his money back and now the owner answered his phone and they said he can get the car today.
This place is a joke. And it’s not just me. I watched good people go in and out of this place for 2 months. You’re not going to get a car within the first 4 weeks.
Stay away from that place!! I had a bad experience also and did not buy their piece of junk. The owner Ramin was very rude on the phone when I did not purchase the car and I had to hang up on him. They are very unprofessional and I am very surprised they are still in business. I was there 2 years ago. A very shady business at best. When I drove up to the place I had a very bad feeling just looking at the business.
Stop getting hi and selling weed you piiss too many off they will let DEA Investigate you and put u be ide the bar

Great Customer Service
it was a good experience. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used car that is in great condition inside and out.
2004 Cadillac Escalade | 83,000 miles | Purchased
Environment:
The operation is a bit different than the normal car lot. You must schedule a test drive since the cars are kept in a warehouse environment. At first I was a bit put off by this however, it prevents tampering and people taking the cars out for a joyride with no intent to purchase. The inside offices could use some work however, I dont have to work there so it really wasnt a deal breaker because the office space is unkept.
Test Drive:
We test drove the 2004 Cadillac Escalade on a Saturday afternoon and found the car to be in better than average condition and priced below average dealer resale. The sales people let us walk around the warehouse and look at other cars we were interested in with little pressure.
Sales Staff (Ramin):
The questions Ramin asked were reasonable such as “price range/budget” and “size of vehicle needed” – Just be aware that English is not his native langauge so some things could be taken the wrong way. For example; we told Ramin our price range was $10K-$13K. While walking the warehouse we inquired about a Tahoe that was $18K – His response was “You cant afford that” – What I think he meant was “It’s outside the price range you gave me” – I dont think he was trying to be rude, just English as a second language can be hard.
Buying Process:
My communications with Ramin and Summer was primarly via email. We negotiated a price that was agreeable to both parties and closed the sale 2 days later. I recommend using email to prevent you from becoming emotionally attached to the vehicle in case the deal falls through.
Considerations;
1. These are used cars – Know what you are looking for and any potential issues with the make/model you want.
2. If pre-sales repairs are needed get the reciepts.
3. NEVER pay cash, always go through a bank to give yourself some breathing room and in the event you need to walk away you havent left any cash on the table. You can always send the payoff to the bank once the loan has funded.
4. Money Down – I would never recommend putting money down on any car at any dealership. If you are a serious buyer it will show and in the event the deal falls through you havent lost anything but time.
5. These guys operate in a warehouse environment – schedule the appointment and appreciate that the cars are not sitting in the elements or being test driven by a bunch of high school kids.
6. Language could be a barrier if you are sensitive.
Peace of Mind:
I read the other comments about the cars being low quality auction cars. Most used cars are auction cars. This isnt a big deal to me since it usually involves the age of a car and/or milage.
These guys offer a free CarFax right on the website so you can get the vehile history without ever contacting the dealership. Most major dealerships dont do this.
My Rating:
I selected 3 stars for items that were neither negative or positive.
I selected 4 stars for those areas that that were impacted.
Pricing – Price was inline or below retail pricing
Time – closed the deal in 2 business days
Promises – Vehecle neede a battery. New battery was installed and reciepts were provided
Treated – Ramin and Summer were both professional and stayed open late the evening I picked up the vehicle.
Recommend Dealership:
If you find a car you are interested at this dealership I would recommend going to look at it. As with any used car, know what you want and know the problems the make/model could potentially have. Use the CarFax report.
Stay away, save your money, time and frustration.
Don’t trust anyone there, Steve, Ramin or Summer. They will all look at you with a straight face and lie to you.
They told me the car I was looking at had not been wrecked/damaged but the car had major body repairs. The carfax said it had no damage but it had significant repairs. They said they did not know about the repairs but Steve walked right to the areas on the car that had been repaired when I mentioned it to him. The car is still listed and it still shows a clear carfax.
The owner would not refund me the $200 after it was inspected and determined that it had body damage that had been repaired. He then said the $200 refund was for mechanical issues only, not body damage. He owner told me that I owed him more than the $200 because I wasted his time looking at the car. He continually screamed at me and tried to get me to buy another car, any car.
He appeared desperate to sell a car. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Kind of frightening actually.
They said they purchased the car from Park Place Lexus, the carfax said it had 4 previous owners and the last owner was from Conway Arkansas. Park Place Lexus is not in Conway Arkansas.
They originally didn’t want me to look at the car twice and said I must not be a serious buyer if I want to look at it twice.
Car was dirty, they said it had been detailed but it was a mess. I found food in the console.
The office is filthy.
They ask for personal data/information as soon as you walk in the door.
Another customer was in the office saying that the car he bought before was having engine issues and that all of the coolant ran out when he was driving it home.
Don’t waste your time here.
I ask the dealership about ur unhelpful comments which almost cost me a good deal, they said some of our competitions placing bad review which they will take legal action against them, as my experience,

So glad I read this before driving up 2 hours to dfw
sorry dealership, do not buy Ramin is a crook, selling bad cars. cars are too high
Very unprofessional, rude, would never buy a car from these people
This was possibly the worst customer service i have ever had. I called about a mdx posted on Craigslist and whoever answered immediately asked for my contact information, i asked to hear more about the vehicle before just giving out my personal information. I was then screamed at and was told he wouldnt give me any information and i was obviously not a serious buyer if i didn’t want to give my number. When i asked his name he said he was the owner. He proceeded to scream at me when i told him not to speak to me that way. He told me to shutup started cursing at me and then hung up. I would never even come close to stepping foot on this obviously mentally unstable man’s dealership and in my opinion he needs to be taught how to.speak to
run and don’t look back. even if they have the car of your dreams – don’t waste your time. owner is dishonest and treats his customers horribly. worst car buying experience i have ever had.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Drove several hours to see car. Test drove it and looked it over. One staff member was arguing with another salesman in front of us. Got differing stories on the history of car. Did not buy the car because we could not agree on a price and their lack of info. The car needed repairs, a confident history was not given. The person I dealt with on the phone(Ramin-owner??) was not there in person after he said he would be the day before. He proceeded to chew me out on the phone for not buying and then send a rude text to me!!! He should have paid me for my waste of a Sat. to come down and be treated so rudely. I told him I had red flags since I received differing information from him and his staff. Seriously! Do not, do not bother going to this unprofessional excuse for a dealership!!! I honestly do not see how they have any business with this attitude of uncivilized behavior and how he thinks his cars are just perfect, puke puke!!!
the reason they are in business for 25 years they do sale quality cars at the discounted prices and they cant effort to loss money with people that want to waste time, if you are a serious buyer im sure they work with you.
Horrible experience! Saw three volkswagens online so we stopped by on a Saturday to look at them. In between cigarette drags, the saleswoman yelling at us from the door of their warehouse informed me that one was sold and the other two were being worked on. The then continued her conversation with another employee at the warehouse. We began to drive off but turned around to look at some of their other cars. Getting to the locked office door (it was about 10:30am), the lady was surfing the internet and I asked if we could look at a Toyota Solara we saw online. We looked at the vehicle, agreed on a test drive, and while waiting in her office I wanted to make sure it was okay if I had the car checked out by a mechanic if we wanted to buy it. Again between drags of her cigarette she informed me that they would require a “$200 non-refundable deposit” aka a FEE to check the car out. I asked if this would be taken out of the price of the car and I was told that it wouldn’t. Anyway, they appear very employee friendly because as soon as I said no, she beat me to the warehouse door so she could yell at the employee pulling out the cars. We found the door ourselves. I haven’t had the bad experiences that many of the posters here have but if their customer service is any indication of the quality you can expect from their cars or the whole buying experience, then you SERIOUSLY should not waste your time here.
i was told nice Dodge Dakota on the phone, car fax and NO accidents, 1 owner etc. Then after arrival, told it has a new trans. purchased vehicle took back home, transmissions failing, not confident to drive across town. Owners on vacation, lets wait a week, NO. contacted BBB, and letting you all know, it was dirty, inside and out, low on oil, water and NO new transmission. Run from here, or you may be walking soon!!!
Now I am looking and I am almost to purchase a vehicle from here, but I want to make sure that I am making a wise decision and before I do anything, I always do a check online. I appreciate the feedback and thank you b/c you have helped me make my decision.
Ramin Nia is a liar and a thief. He said he would fix the “clanking” noise, service the car and inspect it. He only inspected the vehicle. We refused the car because it clearly hadn’t been serviced when we went to pick it up. So we agreed to have it delivered on a Saturday. Instead he delivered it Friday night it the dark via text message. Within 14 days the car had broken down. The mechanic said it had never been serviced and the “clanking” noise was the catalytic converter which had not repaired. Needless to say, Ramin Nia never returned our phone calls or emails. We filed a complaint with the Department of Motor Vehicle Enforcement Agency. They were fined for many violations, but dropping off a car in the middle of the night isn’t one of them. Buying a car from this dealership is like throwing your money down the drain.
Thanks for the review, it made a decision for me.
