I bought a 2002 BMW X5 from this dealer. I first saw a 2003 BMW X5 with a milage about 100K. I called them, asked around and placed a deposit on it. Next Saturday, I went to the shop and they said the 2003 BMW X5 was sold few weeks ago and show me this 2002 BMW X5 with 150K. I bought it eventually with a relatively low price. The car is overall very good. It has some problems of course. Some noises came from the steering wheel after two weeks (cost me $600 to fix at a local BMW dealer). Brake pedal has no pressure (took me $120 to bleed the whole system at a local BMW dealer, still not completely fine). Some electronics defects (CD players and A/C control button), which I fixed by myself.
After three weeks, I decided to refund the extended warranty that they sold me with this car. They send me the check with correct amount within a month. Bottom line, this dealership is trust worth. Car is okay based on its low price. Will recommend it to my friends.

Not knowing a lot about Jettas, I was told it was a nice car. Seemed like the typical scumbag used car salesman. The “check engine” light went on before we got it home. We’ve put approximately $2000 into it already, and finally, after the full 3 months we received the plates. We’re still waiting on the title. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
I came in on 4/25/14 to buy a care for my son’s 15th birthday, We came in and was able to make a deal within 30 minutes of us being there after test driving a 99′ honda accord i recommend if you are looking for a used car.
On 7-3-2010, my company signed an offer to purchase a 2003 Mercedes-Benz S430 vin number WDBG70J23A357129 with $500.00 down. The offer to purchase the vehicle was canceled 7-19-2019.
To my shock, Auto Gallery on 53 has yet to return the $500.00 down payment.
Word to the wise, protect your vehicular asset and maintain your valuable investment by shopping elsewhere for service, parts and vehicles.
Word to Mercedes-Benz USA, this is not a dealer you need on your roster of used dealers as they seem to have a pure distain for your product, your revenue and your reputation. Please contact me as I would love to discuss this dealer with you in greater detail.
Word to lenders, beware of funding offered to this organization (especially floor loans), as many customers will not buy nor service product from them, making it more difficult for them to repay your bank loans. Loan Defaults may be coming soon. Don’t offer them loans or raise their interest rate to protect your bank’s and shareholder’s assets.

I bought my first piece of junk from him and it broke down within a week on the expressway, I could have been killed. I ride a bike now because I feel it’s safer

Car broke down exactly a week after purchasing. paid 1000.00 more than the value of the car to find out the transmission it needs is more than the value of the car!!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE RIP OFF LIARS. WE HAVE THE BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP CAR EVER. WE PAID 4100.00 FOR A CAR THAT HAS NOT RUN FROM DAY 1. I will start from the beginning On 6/23/2012 my daughters father bought her aoint car from this dealer. As he drove away the check engine light came on. he called George and said hey WTH. they said come back and we will fix it. They did a tune up. started to drive home again check engin light again. called again and brought it back (it is a 45 minute drive )they said it was a ball joint. they said they fixed it and they most certaintly did. after they wouldnt do anything else anymore more my daughters dad then took it to a hyundai dealer, where they learned that someone (the ball joint installer) had broke the stearing knuckle and speed sensor. I then the mom of ashley ( daughter) then took it to another dealer they had to replace the sensor for the transmission. still the car would not run. 300.00 dollar later the car goes back into limp mode. take it back to dealer now it will cost 1200.00 to fix the stearing knuckle and the speed sensor. My husband and I did the work ourselves and the cost was about 400 because we had to buy the tools. well it’s 8/15/2012 and the car is still in limp mode. now they say its the tcm and the ecm because someone spilled coke on them. well I wont put 1000.00 into this. so basically we spent over 5000.00 for my daughter 16th birthday car. AND IT IS A NIGHTMARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. if you want document I have them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely professional, and they keep their word! I called them because I saw A car advertised that Ive been looking for especially in that particular color. They let me send them a down payment and they stored the car for me while i payed it off because they saw that I wanted it badly. That’s what I call above and beyond service. Also the car was in absolute pristine condition, in fact even better than some of the extremely clean ones i’ve seen. Great doing business with Auto Gallery!!!
