My car had a recall on in so we called Rod Baker Ford and made an APPOINTMENT about a week out.. The morning of our appointment we drove two cars out 25 minutes each way, got there, and were told that the part was on back order and that they could do nothing about it… YOU DON”T CALL YOUR APPOINTMENTS TO LET THEM KNOW THEY CANT HAPPEN?? You make them waste their time and their gas by driving out there for absolutely nothing? And the response was “well now we have your confirmation paper so we can save a part aside just for your car when the parts come in.” So you wouldn’t “save a part” for the cars that HAVE APPOINTMENTS forrrr that part? I’m sorry BS answer. This company should pay for our gas from a gas calculator of the trip and actually have an apology for inconveniencing their costumers and having the audacity to not call their appointments when they have to cancel them.
An old customer turned ex customer. Place is terrible now, clueless people that tried to rip me off. Now drive to a dealership farther away. Used to be a good place a few years back, don’t know what happened.
Was looking for a new Fusion, I had a price in mind that i did not want to go over. He showed me what he had on the lot at that price. He did me one better He was able to get me the car at that price including all their fees and taxes. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure to buy warrenties or undercoating, and I was only there less than an hour and a half. Great place
