We were looking to buy 2 used Nissans. We live in Ok. and had shopped in Tulsa, OKC and then McKinney. We looked at the online prices and they SEEMED to be the best deal around, so we drove 3 hours to McKinney based on the cars we saw on the internet. We had 8 cars in mind to look at. When we arrived we met Joey. He informed us that NONE of the cars we saw on the website were available. He then let us know that none of the prices on the website were right, there would be more “hidden fees” of up to $2,000 on top of the price quoted. Joey then tried to sell us a piece of junk that was overpriced and had many, many cosmetic flaws. I told him my opinion but he ignored it and tried to gimmick me into buying this junky car. Joey got heated with my husband because my husband wanted to know exactly why the cars were still for sell on the website. He was rude and hateful and would interupt when my husband would ask about the hidden fees.
I was so upset at this point I wanted to cry. Why was this guy being so rude? We decided to walk out because we were NOT HAPPY to say the least. But before we got out of the door we were literally approached by several employees who tried to make us stay! This frightened me!! I felt like I was about to be attacked in some way.
After this horrible experience, I can gurantee that I will NEVER shop at McKinney Nissan, nor would I recomend it to my worse enemy. If I had any!
We left, and went directly to Courtasy Nissan in Richardson. We told them about our horrible experience at Nissan of McKinney. They found us the perfect car at the perfect price. Much nicer than the junk Joey tried to push on us. No hassle, no pressure and no rude sales people!!
😀 My husband Mike and I can’t seem to stay away..Last yr we traded my mustange for a Frontier for my birthday and this yr we went in to trade my husbands Ford 150 for a Titan for our wedding anniversay. My daughter is wanting a new vechicle and we promised her we would take her in to trade her car. We have bought 4 vechiles from the same dealership and will continue to come back. Their salesmen are very nice and understanding.Mack this time round helped us and worked very very hard to make sure we left with a smile and we did. I started with Nick at the new car lot but I couldn’t really afford to purchase the car with all the upgrades that I wanted and wouldn’t have been happy with a base model. Nick offered to get some info together for me and let me know what he could come up with. He directed me to Matt and DJ in the pre-owned vehicles which I was not really expecting to buy but went in to see what they could give me. I didn’t expect that we would be able to make a deal as I had a 2007 Mustang with less than 17k and didn’t think they would be able to find anything to make me want to trade used for used. I was wrong, I ended up with a beautiful 09 Altima 2.5SL package, leather, sunroof, everything I wanted with less than 13k miles and certified coverage. There were a few things that the car didn’t have such as xm radio which I really wanted and Matt worked a a great deal for me to get it installed, along with window tinting. He or DJ were always available for questions or concerns. On top of that , I got what I consider a good deal on my trade in. Josh in finance was also very helpful and added some items for free in my vehicle coverage package. All in all, it was a great experience and I love my new car. This is the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from this dealer, 2 nissans and a pre-owned Pontiac for my son in 2004.
