Son leased a new Chevy Cruze and was turning in a Pontiac G6. The Pontiac had a crack in the bumbper cover, near the front license plate mount. The salesperson, Carol, assured my son and I that the damage would be abosorbed into the deal, with nothing coming out of my pocket. Carol never looked at the Pontiac. After the deal was done I received a bill from Ally for the reported damage plus other damage that didnt exist when I turned in the vehicle. I fought with the sales manager and general manager. The General manager told me that the sales person had no right telling me that they would absorb the cost of any damage and that everyone was entitled to a mistake. That mistake cost me money. The alleged damaged wheel probably occurred in the lot. I negotiated with Ally and was able to reduce the cost but I still paid out. They didn’t want to know us after the incident. I filed a complaint with GM but I had nothing in writing from the salesperson. General Manager offered nothing to resolve the issue, was rude, disrespectful, and was a poor representative of the dealership. Will never return to the dealership. GM acknowledged problems there.
one word comes to mind: LIARS!!!!!!!. Everyone in the dealership when their mouth moves they are LYING!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!! PROUDLY SIGNED FRED MARTUCCI
I have bought many cars in the past, and this was, by far, the absolute worst experience ever! We sat with a salesman who refused to give us price, loan term, or financing rate information. All he would give us was a monthly payment amount… we kept telling him we don’t care about the monthly payment (not stupid, we can do the math on our own) but want to know what numbers he’s going off to give us that payment… WOULD NOT give us anything… said he needed to be sure we were serious… I would think that after sitting there for 2 hours going bath and forth with this BS, he would think we were serious, even said that ‘as a man’ my husband should be able to decide. Is he really questioning a customer’s manhood?! AND THEN, he had the nerve to talk s*it the second my husband walked outside… apparently he forgot that I was sitting right behind him! Creepy, dishonest, unprofessional..I could go on and on…. bottom line, stay away from this place and anywhere else the short, rotund, white-haired man with a mini-mustache goes!
I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!! (except to show off the car I bought from another dealership!)
Traded in a leased vehicle, but car never got paid off. Am currently receiving calls from prior financing company asking for payments. Not getting answers from Superior Chevrolet, they keep telling me that was my deal.
After having the car (2010 HHR) in for the third time for issues with the ESC system, the warning light come one, service ESC on the information center we have on numerous times been told that “GM knows there is an issue”, “It’s not a safety issues” and of course my favorite for an intermittent issue, “We cannot replicate the problem”.
Of course that there is an alert that shows up when they run the diagnostics, that they have replaced the a part on the power steering and one of the directional sensors does wonders in convincing me that there is no problem, they just felt like replacing a few parts right?
My wife does most of the driving and the latest time talking to the service manager she was asked if this has happened to anyone else because she is the only one that seems to have this issue. The fact that she drives the car most of the time is no reason to think that it might happen to her more often as when I drive the car it’s not the same errand runs she does so I do not have it happen to me.
All in all, if you are not part of the Boys Club and there might be a chance that your wife or daughter may be driving when something happens go somewhere else.
Worst dealership experience ever, in 30+ years of car ownership. I was grossly overcharged for parts. Called several times to try to discuss and was ignored, left on hold, etc. Even their name is a lie.
