Dave was very friendly and honest – being a woman he treated me with respect and did not talk down to me. He showed me the facility explaining everything in detail – was very cooperative in getting me the car I wanted (color, etc.) and was very helpful when it came to my trade in which I felt was fair as well as the price. I would recommend Dave and/or the Hamilton Dealership. Donna Klukososki
never had such apleasant experience purchasing a new car. Sales Zak was excellent, he is a credit to your facility.
Hamilton Honda has made an inconvenience much easier to handle due to the exceptional assistance of Amy Snyder, my service consultant. The remote start in my new car stopped working, and Amy went out of her way to make sure a new unit was installed in my car. Much thanks Amy.

Very friendly and accommodating sales people.
Go out of their way to help me the customer.
I have already recommended a friend to lease a car from Hamilton.

My husband and I were exteremely happy with our salesman John Wilson, and the finance rep, Rebecca! We purchased our Honda Civic Si with Hamilton Honda and now we leased an Accord. Both times it was a very pleasurable experience. We did not feel like we got the usual “run around”. We got the price and the car we wanted both times!! We also have come back for our free oil changes and car washes!! Everyone is very pleasant and the place is very clean! Can’t say enough good things!!
I can’t say enough about Hamilton Honda. The first day was a treat to meet Jessy Armastat formally of the NY Giants who is part owner of the dealership. They kept asking if we were satisfied. Vinny was not present when we signed the papers and accepted the vehicle but told use it came with a cargo protector. When it was installed in our vehicle we were told that it was not standard with this model. We said that Vinny said it was and without hesitation they took one out of parts and installed it in our vehicle without charge.
The price of the CRV was the best in the area and with unlimited car washes, and oil and filter changes was a great deal.
I have recommended this dealer to many of my friends.
No plans to buy was just looking. Found the sales person to be extremely friendly with no pressure. Took a tour of the dealership drove some vehicles. After discussing the #s, & seeing a car that I wanted, I felt no pressure to buy, but decided on it that day. Glad I did. Everyone I was in contact with including the financial guru Derrick, made the experience truly a pleasant one.
We first purchased a Honda 2012 from another dealership, that did not come threw ater days to furnish car that was promised. Through a recommendation we contacted Hamilton Honda. We call a salesperson named Anthony Lidonici and after speaking with him, he told us to come in that he had the vehicle that we had wanted.
We meet with Anthony and he made the transaction very comfortable and satisfying. We picked up the car of our choice the next day. Anthony was a gentlemen and a knowledgeable salesperson and a pleasure to do business with.
Was also very impressed with the dealership and all the amazing employees. In a nutshell it was a Plesant Experience. I would recommend this dealership.
Patrick was a very knowledgeable and pleasant sales person with a great personality. He answered all of our questions and gave us many options on leasing and buying.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca in the financing department. She also answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. We didn’t feel pressured at all, it was all up to us.
I would recommend Patrick and Rebecca as well as Hamilton Honda to other people looking for a new or used car. Thank You again,
Todd N ulia

The experience at Hamilton Honda was outstanding from start to finish. Frank Cipriano, our sales person, was top notch and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. No pressure to buy and they were completely honest with their pricing and financing. I felt extremely comfortable and not like I was having my intelligence insulted.
This was the first time we purchased a Honda. We went in because of the company’s reputation for safety and quality and walked out very satisfied. This is a dealer that really cares about its customers and looks to exceed expectations. They definitely did with us!
Hamilton Honda and Frank Cipriano are a winning combination!!
If you are in the market for a new or used Honda you owe it to yourself to go to Hamilton Honda before making a final decision. I don’t make impulse buys. I take a long time doing my reserch online & in person to numerous dealers before i make up my mind as to who earns my buisness. That being said this time it wasn’t even close. I was doing the legwork for my elderly mom. I didn’t want her to get fed to the car dealer wolves. She told me that she wanted an Accord & wanted all the bells & whistles . Mind you she is almost 85 years old & just lost my dad. She figured this would be her last car & she wanted to go out in style. I argued with her over this but it was her money so i set out to help her get a good deal. I made numerous calls & visits to her surronding Honda Dealerships for price quotes. What a bunch of B.S. i got when they found out that i was not the one buying the car. I was repetedly blown off over the phone as well as in person. Then by luck of fate i called Hamilton Honda. I spoke to a sales Profecional named Anthony Puma. This is when my whole opinion of car dealrers changed. After telling Anthony what i was trying to acomplish for my mom he assured me he would give her V.I.P. treatment. B.S. rite? Wrong. I asked him for his best price on a top of the line Accord EXL V/6 with navigation. No joke here he flatly stated without hesitation $31,855.00 wich was the M.S.R.P. I told that that is the window sticker & there was no way i would let my mom pay sticker price!!! He bluntly told me he wouldn’t negotiate over the phone. Now this is where he seperated himself from all the dealers i spoke with. He told me the best price he can give me is the one that i agree with , but that he had more to offer me than just price wich is why he wouldn’t do it over the phone. I made an appointment to be there an hour latter but without my mom. Upon arival I was mesmerized by this place!!! They bring the luxry expirence to Honda buyers. Words can’t decribe it, you have to see it to understand what I’m talking about. State of the art & first class all the way!!! I was promptly greeted by Mr. Puma & he showed me the car & all its fetures. Then he took me on a tour of the facillity & all its amenities. There were to many to list but they included lifetime FREE oil changes & UNLIMITED FREE car washes. At this point i wished i was the one buying a car & not my mother !!! I got so overwelmed by their operation that i forgot i was ther to negotiate. Finaly Anthony & I sat down to talk numbers. He gave me about 6 diferent options for my mom. Financing, Leasing, & cash. I knew my mom was paying cash but he didn’t but it didn’t seem to matter to him in a good way. I was so impresed with him i almost felt bad asking for a dicount if you can imagine that. Once we settled on the price my work was done. The funny thing was the price i agreed on was higher than quotes i got from other stores & i couldn’t be happier. Anthony told point blank he wouldn’t be the cheapest but also assured me, that he would be the best . Boy did Hamilton Honda hit the mark on that!!! I don’t mind my mom paying a little more money for her Accord given what else she got with her purchace. The next day my mother picked up her new car from Hamilton Honda & was given the same first class treatment as myself & then some. She added that the Finace manager Jim C. was also oustanding as well as the sales manager Tony Servideo. She said she was treated like the most impotant customer ever by everyone she came in contact with. She said the only down side was that she couldn’t understand the navigation on the car. Mr. Puma met with her again & again over the next 2 weeks till she was comfortable with all the gadgets. The expirence keeps getteing better to!! My mom’s car got badly scratched at a parking lot & Hamilton Honda’s service department fixed it FREE of charge!!! The depatment Mr. Mann just told her have a nice day when she picked it up latter that same day. She expected to pay at lest a few hundred for the repair. Where did they find all these amazing employes ? Top to botom the classiest dealership in exsistence , no compairison !!! I would reffer anyone & everyone to go there & share in my expirence. You’ll have to see it to belive it . I can’t wait to buy my own car from them soon . Hats off to you Hamilton Honda. I even overlooked the fact that they are owned partly by a former NY Giant football player “Jessie Armsted” since I’m a die hard Eagles fan.
ENCLOSED IS MY BAD EXPERIENCE AT HAMILTON HONDA. I had dealings with Anthony Servedio.
September 15, 2010
I don’t like to react right away, but now that I have had time to think about how things went down this past Saturday, I am even more aggravated.
You sir, are an absolute liar. To me, that is the ultimate insult. In addition, the way I, and more importantly, my mother-in-law were treated by you was unacceptable.
You liked to promote “your” facility. Sorry, but I wasn’t aware you were part owner. All the bell and whistles that your facility has to offer means nothing if you can’t cut a deal on a car. I mean you acted like the money that “you” supposedly were losing was coming out of your own pocket! We both know that a car dealership would not sell a car if they were losing any money. Otherwise you, and so many other dealerships would be out of business. Then again, you failed to mention to me the “Dealer Holdback” where the Car Manufacturer pays the dealership 2-3% based on the number of cars sold. You said several times to me: did you ever hear the expression “sometimes the best deal to make is the one you walk away from?” My question is: did you ever hear the expression “sometimes, itโs just the cost of doing business?” Maybe you should learn that one. It might go a long way, although after dealing with you, I doubt it.
Just to remind you…
On Saturday afternoon, after speaking with you on the phone, you told me to come on down. That you received my email, and that you were not going to lose a deal over being $300 apart. I took you at your word. THAT WAS LIE #1.
Then, after you promised that, you asked me to meet you half way on the $300. I eventually, and probably would have, but after silence, you said: “so you want me to meet the DCH Honda price?โ I said yes. You told Frank Sipriano (my original Sales Rep) to go write up the paperwork. And then we shook hands on it. Where I come from, a hand shake is bond, you know, sort of like an unwritten contract. THAT WAS LIE #2.
Then, after you explained to me that you thought we were financing, I couldn’t believe it! I always said I was going to pay cash. And if like you stated, that I never mentioned paying cash, financing was NEVER, NEVER an option. For you to push it on us so hard, was quite frankly embarrassing. So when I told you for (I don’t know because I lost count) say the 10th time that financing was off the table, but explained that we would indeed agree to meet you half way, you then turn around and tell me that the halfway point would be $300 (that was my half), as opposed to the $150 we originally spoke about. THAT WAS LIE #3. At that point, we had to leave. I would have been a complete idiot if I stayed. After all, I have to have some self respect. In fact, the only reason that we stayed as long as we did was because we really liked working with your Sales Representative, Frank Sipriano. He was a true gentleman, and we were treated with respect by him on both Friday and Saturday. I always thought it was common courtesy to treat people the way you would like to be treated. Obviously, that doesn’t apply to you.
It is your type of person that gives car dealerships a bad name. It’s people like you, that make others absolutely dread buying a new car. Maybe the Internet has really hand-cuffed you guys, but I negotiated and bought my last three cars just like I attempted to do with you on Saturday, and had absolutely no problems. Smooth as silk. All of those previous purchases were Honda’s, by the way. And all of my future purchases could have been made at Hamilton Honda.
Anyway, based on what I learned this past Saturday, I am amazed that you have lasted in the car industry for over 30 years. After all, I did forget that you did say how you “could work at any dealership that you chose.” My apologies.
One final thought is that you can bet this email will find itsโ way to your website, and into the hands of Michael Fanning, Jessie Armstead and Mike Saporito. Also, I will make sure to tell all of the people in mine and my mother-in-law’s rather large communities. As well as a blanket email to the entire company that I work for telling or suggesting to not do business with Hamilton Honda in New Jersey. I work for a company that has over 100,000 employees worldwide, MANY of which reside and work in the NJ, PA, NY & CT areas.
So much for recommendations, which is how I unfortunately ended up at “your” dealership. Best of luck to you. I think you need it more than me.
Sincerely, Anthony Fierro
anthony fierro you are one dumb person, when they say a dealership is loosing money, it doesnt mean its running out of business. it means its loosing money to that particular person. and which they will have to make it up by selling more cars and average a higher gross profit. and since you work for such a “big company” why nickle n dime these people, doesnt make any sense. and then you sit here crying about what a bad experience you had. LOL
After 10 years of owning a Cadillac, wanted something solid, sporty, with higher end amenities like heated leather seats and memory seats. Liked the 4-wheel drive Crosstour, styling, 18″ wheels and excellent features like bluetooth enabled handsfree talking and 6 cd/sirius system. Immediately went on a road trip up to New England and loved the ride as much as my Cadillac. First time Honda owner … understood the cars are well built, last a long time and keep value. The dealership was awesome with a brand new facility that keeps customer experience in mind with on site car wash, waiting area with refreshments, online access … you name it. So far, so good …. extremely happy with the vehicle and happy with Hamilton Honda. Check it out!;)
I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I MADE A DECISION TO GO TO HAMILTON HONDA. EVERYONE IN THE TEAM WERE VERY GOOD, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
We bought a 2010 Civic on Monday, 7/5. Chris Mazzeo was our salesman. We were at Hamilton to have our 2008 Fit serviced and thought we would look into the Red White and Blue event mailer we received from Hamilton Honda. Chris was a pleasure. he was fair, professional and most of all made my wife and I both feel relaxed. Not an easy task when transacting the purchase of a new car. Sean McHugh handled our closing, and he too was incredible. He was professional, informative and worked for us. In between Carl Thompson, a manager stopped by and talked with us. He spent time with us, answered our questions, but most of all, he also made us feel at home. I never thought we would be able to say that a car buying experience would be enjoyable, but these folks made it so. Hamilton Honda obviously has a good formula, and they are doing the right thing. I recommend this dealer.
Nicest Honda dealership EVER !!! From the moment you walk into the front door you feel like you are the most inportant person there with everbody that you come in cotact with . From the most honest & knolledgeable sales profesional to the most undestanding buisiness manager to the greatest service advisers you’ll ever come across . Every one at this place is there with one goal . To exceed your expectations . Boy do they achive that ! No presure haggle free negotations , quick paperwork process , outstanding customer service . To top all that off , get this , FREE OIL CHANGES & CAR WASHES FOR LIFE !!!!
Zach was great and did what I asked. the dealer had to get the pilot from another dealership but when it finall came it was perfect. I will tell all my friends about Hamilton Honda
I came in early on Saturday and Joel was my guy. I told him that my tire pressure light was on and he told me that it would take 20 minutes and he handed my keys back to me in 15 minutes and my CRV was washed and completed. They stuck to their word.
anthoney Lidondici was a cool Sales guy. I asked him for a specific color and model and he had it and I bought it without question. I was very happy with him and the dealership Hamilton Honda definetly exceeded my expectations. The free oild changes for life was a big factor in my decission .
The salesman Joe Chizek and Phil Florentino were great. They did not pressure me into buying a car and they were more then happy to help me out. I spent more of their time researching the car and came back to the dealer a few times and they were still happy to help me. I wasn’t easy to work with but still they Definetly Exceeded my Expectations.:)
I walked in Hamilton Honda by oil change request for another car. ( from service dept, salesman to sales manager, they all came with polite manner, professional knowledge and offer with competitive price. I ended with purchased another Honda from them.
I wish Hamilton Honda continue to do well. If they keep up this way there is no reason why Hamilton Honda can not get on the top car selling business.
I’ll recommended Hamilton Honda to all my friends and will service my Honda at their service dept.;)
Great experience at Hamilton Honda. Salesperson was very helpful and knew his product well. The dealership is “state of the art ” and has a very large selection of Honda Accords to choose from. Will recomemed to all my friends.
I love ๐ Hamilton Honda.
