Will not take responsibility for there own actions. I would never in a million years recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from these low life’s. It’s funny that Auto Palace was on New York 1 yesterday for the same apparent reason. Scamming people financially with the loans and warranty. Auto palace is being investigated at this time with all the complains made by honest customers who have been scammed and walk all over. I wouldn’t be surprised if this dealer ship closes down.

My AUTO PALACE reviewi have put money down for a vechical to make me wait for 2 month to tell me that the used car was taken back by the owner who traded it in for a vechical..i have been on a run around with jay and his worker to get my money back, it took almost 6 months to get my money from the deposit for the car back.. now am fighting them for my money for the plates for a car i never got ..my mistake was that jay didnt give me a recipt for the plates..But i sure enuff got him on video saying he will return my money and got his scammer self giving me a paper signed telling me when the bank calls me to tell them i work for a company that dont even excist , some company name they got that when the bank calls they will verified that i worked there ..which i never proceeded with cause i knew it was a scam for they to approve you and i gave them my tax return at that …i will proceed with a lawsuit and crimnal actions ….good luck auto palace

My AUTO PALACE reviewMy wife and I were in need of new car after a short time after a nightmare of a VW. We got to Auto Palace at 7:30 and by 8:30 the friendly staff had us in a beautiful BMW 525i.
The car is great, deal was great, and Jay (finance) took care of all our concerns, warranty and good interest rate.

That how it is at first, then come the headache. I mean I enjoy the car for the first two weeks, then the bank call and said I own them 46000$ for a used car. That does not cast more then 25000 brand new. So yea… Good luck.
I have to retract my review of Auto Palace. While I am happy with the vehicle, and the deal on the vehicle. Now three months later I have still to receive my warranty.
Jay had promised us a BMW extended service warranty 6 yr 100K miles through BMW covering everything “But gas and tires”.
Jay, allegedly not working there anymore due to bait and switch scamming, tried to give us a basic powertrain warranty through “Omegastar” which covered only the basics…not what we paid almost $4000.00 for. On top of which, that contract wasn’t valid. We still have no warranty and Auto Palace has not been helpful in getting our money back or setting up the warranty we paid for.
I have made complaints to Better Business Bureau, Department of Consumer Affairs, and Department of Consumer Protection, and all of these complaints have gone unanswered.
Legal action imminent. I keep getting the run around from the dealer despite giving ample time to fix the problem voluntarily.
Unacceptable.
You should get a lawyer “HELP YOU,HELP ME” you are not alone! They rip alot of people off. Let help each other out and
shut them down for good.

My AUTO PALACE reviewI would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Save your headaches and avoid purchasing any vehicles from Auto Palace. They sold me a vehicle missing a mirror, a CD player damaged, and no spared tired. They asked me come back the following week because the orders of those items were enroute but they promised they would take care of it, it never happened. Be careful because Jay will refuse to provide any receipts because he claims that all receipts must be ordered and the order takes about a week, you will never get them. Warranty: this is the main thing to watch out for. They will add the warranty without your knowledge, the reason they don’t provide the receipts so they can make the changes and sign all documents on your behalf adding additional item (like the Warranty). They will tell you all down payments are cash only, they know a check will be track by your bank, paid by credit card you would be able to acquire a receipt, therefore they only accept cash to facilitate the scam. Jay, Alex, and Hector are the biggest scammer in Woodside, NY. We are working with the law to put an end to Auto Palace so please avoid this dealership and take care of your money. Some of those positive comments above are written by themselves.

I went there for a 10K car and by the time I sat down with “the bank” the car cost was up 17K without taxes.
they claim to provide their own insurance, we asked to get the contact information and at first got the run around.. they finally provided a number which was BS and were not available… I put 3K down and when I asked for my money back they said they would give me my money back but that I would be taken to collection for a total of 3,400.00.. also when I asked how long was the contract for he said 72 montH!! are they crazy that means I would have end up paying around 30K for and 10 K car… they are def doing something illegal… I’m glad I took my ipad/iphone and recorded EVERYTHING!!!! I will persue legal action as well!!! again AVOID THIS CRAPPY PLACE!!!
Auto Palace is being investigated by both the Queens DA’s office and the Department of Motor Vehicles. I am promised that criminal charges will be filed against the owner soon!!!! She is crazy, as is her husband. Jay lies and says he works directly for Soreign Bank in Texas. I checked with them and was told this is fraudulent. Contact the DA’s office in Queens to lodge any complaints against this dealer. They have over a thousand customers who have been scammed by these a holes.

Call Queens DA’s office. They will also give you the number to Queens DMV who are also investigating. It is a start. Don’t forget the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs Department.
This same happened to me. brought a car for 34,500 paid $18,000 cash and got a loan for almost $30,000. dont know how. i requested for my signed papers and they refused to give them to me and said they will mail them. and i was told that i had a upgrade bmw maintance to 100,000 and no signs of it, and he told me i purchased gap insurance and no signs of that. on top of that 3rd lie: after my 6th payment my payments would go down to 312 and some change from 437.79. i called td bank about all three things. they said no signs of anything. i been frauded just like you. i will join this fight with you and everyone else. i want money back and this place shut down.

Giving this place one star is way too much credit. I went back in July 2011 looking for a used vehicle. The first vehicle I tried out had no A/C they gave me the song and dance that it needed a freon recharge… yeah right. So anyhow they promised that they would fix that problem. What annoyed me was while we were discussing the deal with the salesperson is that the owner’s teen aged or in her early twenties daughter (who has not an employee) kept barging in demanding to see her cellphone. Apparently was she down loading an “app” to her phone! The salesperson rolled their eyes at constant intrusion of this “young lady” explaining that she’s the owner daughter. I guess that means that she had carte blanche do what she wants whenever. The salesperson ended up locking the door but she insisting on trying come in by constantly knocking on the door throughout our conversation. The deal did not go through on that vehicle.
I test drove another vehicle and found out that service engine light stayed on during the drive. I then I had enough. I left the place immediatedly!!!
It’s get better…. I noticed they the words stamped on my desposit slip after I signed it was: SUBJECT TO LENDER APPROVAL IF FUNDING IS OBTAINED. I would not have giving them one red cent if that was on the slip. What snakes!!!
I called them one week later asking for my deposit back. They stated that needed my receipt. I asked them if I could fax them a copy they said no it has to be the original copy. I filed two conplaints with the NY Better Business Bureau. Auto Palace did not respond to either of the complaints I lodged against them.
I ended up sending them their receipt back certified along with a letter explaining why I wanted my refund on Sept 28 2011. They (Autopalace) received the request on Sept. 29 2011. I called several times after asking why haven’t I recieved my refund yet. I haven’t received the money as of yet. I began reading several reviews on Citysearch and I found I’m not the only one who’s unsatisfied. I hope this helps.

At first I was skeptical and was dreading the long drive and having an experience as the couple beneath me, the only reason I did take a day of work and headed over there was because of the customer service I was already receiving over the phone? I had a very nice salesman name David who was well educated and answered all my questions prior to going to the dealership. I have very good credit and did my homework before I called. My sister and I made the drive and I purchased the car of my dreams a 2006 Mercedes S550 at an unbelievable price under $30k that had 17k miles on it. Fabulous! A Thank you guys for everything! They have earned my utmost respect for car sales men and jay who does the finanacing and angel who they worked together to make sure we can finish fast , they are great team.

IN THIS TOUGH ECONOMY WHERE BANKS ARE SO HARSH ABOUT GIVING LOANS, I WAS STILL ABLE TO PURCHASE SUCH A NICE CAR WITH LOW MILEGE AND A CLEAN CAR FAX. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT AUTO PALACE. My AUTO PALACE reviewWill shop Auto Palace again and again I recently purchased a 2008 BMW X6 from Auto Palace . I must say that I’ve purchased cars from several dealerships in the past, and Auto Palace is by far the best in terms of not trying to pressure you into purchasing extras that you don’t need, or tryng to ‘rook’ you on the interest rate. My sales associate: Mr. Frankie J was the absolute best, and had knowledge of all that he needed to ensure a smooth transition. The finance manager did not try to sell me any of the extras, or try to give me a ridicoulous rate, and when I’m ready to purchase my next car , I will definitely come knocking.
I’m the real Frank J i did not work for them at this time this is a fake review. i never sold an bmw x6 in my life.. don’t buy here.

My AUTO PALACE reviewDont you ever go there not even to check the cars because when you there these people will promise you that anything that you dotn like from the car will be fix.. yeah right i fell for that one and now i am wasting time here trying to help you no to do the same but not for you dont get me wrong but i dont want these guys to keep doing it. what happened was i bought the car but the sunroof didnt work nor the driver heated seat. so when i took my car to them on tuesday morning they told they will call when ready to pick it up but guess what they call me on friday just to tell me they dont have the piece yet and it is going to take more days and if i want to take the car for the weekend i can go i pick it up so i went over there i when i got in my car there was ash on all the dashboard like someone was smoking inside but that is not the worst they were over 300 miles they put on my car when i asked this guy angel told me he is going to find out what happen i was so upset not only they didnt do nothing to the car they used my car and that is not all when i took the car the fisrt time there was no gas empty they told that they didnt have the gas card that day and all kind of excuses but i didnt car i just wanted to drive my new car but when i realized they used my car the tank was almost empty i didnt even drive for more than 60 miles when i used before taking back to the dealership that pissed me off even more but after all they said they going to fix the sunroof and the they going to fill my tank i told that is not enough for 300 miles i asked for i least for a month gas free they said they going to speak to the supervisor. the next week i took my car on tuesday morning they said they cant find the part they took the car to the infiniti dealer i i got the car on thursday night i went over there i sunroof fix, heated seat fix when i asked angel for the gas he took 20 dollars from his pocket and he gave it to me and he said that is all that he has and they was with an attitude that it was like he was giving me a favor. when i requested to talked to a manager he said he was in charge and when my wife told him that is not fair, he just walked out literally walked out. i asked the other salesperson if i can speak to somebody else and nobody wnated to help, i was so dissappointed with this dealer so please make yourself a favor dont even think about buying there

My AUTO PALACE reviewIt took weeks for my cash deposit to be returned. They gave me the runaround, avoided my phone calls, repeatedly lied (saying the rep was not at that location and when I showed up moments later, lo and behold, there he is!). It wasn’t until after I made a scene in their lobby, did the manager return the cash to me. The manager was the only helpful, contrite individual at the dealership. I’m eager to payoff what I owe to end any dealings with them.

Long story…..but worth reading…Will Save You Time and Effort
From the BEGINNING I said Do Not Want To Finance, will pay cash. We look at car notice TIRES BALD, NO RADIO and FLASHY RIMS. Hector, salesman who just started at dealership, called manager Angel over. Asked Angel will you replace tires, put a radio in and change flashy rims for plain alloy ones??????
Angel replied “YES. DON’T WORRY I’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU”. We settle on a price and I sign yellow sheet. Angel NOW SAYS you must Finance if you want this price. He proceeds to say, don’t worry, you still can pay off the car in full after a few payments. After giving the finance officer some personnel information he told me I am approved. He needed pay stubs,(which i didn’t have with me) to prove I was working. He said when you return with paperwork we can go over the different plans.
Called Angel to ask if I can take delivery of car same day I come down with paperwork. He said “absolutely” Reminded him to make sure that Tires and Rims Were Changed and Radio needed to be installed. ANGEL SAID “YES,
EVERTHING WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF…DON’T WORRY”.
As soon as I got to dealership, saw car and went over to see NOTHING WAS DONE. Angel assured me that while paperwork was being taken care of, everything would be done. After talking to Finance Office was informed of $5,000 more. (which I found out later that Auto Palace KEEPS) .
I told them NO DEAL and WALKED OUT. OH, I looked at car I was purchasing and NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT. IT WAS EXACTLY AS I SAW IT THE FIRST DAY.

THIS PLACE IS SO HORRIBLE PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM IN JAN 2011 AND WAS CHARGED A WHOLE LOT OF ADD ON’S WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
