Refreshing experience. Different. Let’s start with: I am not a fan of car sales people. Too many unhappy experiences over five decades. Although I really needed a new car, I kept putting it off. I dread the thought of doing this all over again. Kind of like a colonoscopy.
So I walked in with an attitude. Bravely, Julio Aldana approached me. Of course I started off by giving him a hard time. He let me express myself, while he gently figured out exactly why I came there in the first place. His approach calmed me down and gleaned from me a laundry list of what I wanted, expected, and at what price.
Once he understood my wishes, he brought over Fady Beshara. At first I became apprehensive again: ah, here it comes, ‘double teaming’ me. Nope. Julio just shook my hand, got up, and went elsewhere. Fady reviewed my list and negotiated with me. Straight forward and honest. Only afterward, did he bring Juilo back to continue his role, and Fady left.
Yes, they worked as a team, but each had a distinct part in the conversation and left while the other did his job. There were no high pressure back and forth tactics with these two. No good cop, bad cop. Just each other in complementing functions.
Together they made the sale while making me feel like I had twice the service. Good job guys. There is a lot more I can say, but you’ll have to go there to find out for yourselves. For me, I have a nice new I want to take for a spin instead of writing.
I had my car’s A/C serviced in July of 2015. Repair took a week and I was told 2X that it was fixed only to find out A/C did not work. After further repairs (compressor replaced twice), I thought it was done. Eight months later, this compressor failed and had to be replaced. I was told that if I did not pay for a different part they would no longer warranty the compressor. Not feeling as though I had a choice, I paid for the additional repair (which they never actually said was necessary). AC stopped working the very next day. The only bright spot here was that after I refused to deal with Vincent, another rep (Andres) assured me that he would find out what the problem was, and he did (electrical – bent connector pin). Are they in that much of a rush to get the cars out that mistakes like this happen?
Once they make the sale then forget about it. I had the worst customer service experience at Crystal Auto Mall. The contract was incorrect to begin with and no one helped. They told me to speak with Toyota Financial and they told me to speak to the dealership. I filed with the BBB. Crystal Auto Mall employees never answer their phone or call you back except when trying to make the sale. After that, they want to have nothing to do with you. On the day of the sale they left me waiting all day (employees started to leave to go home) and I continued to wait for the contract to close. They are bottom of the barrel, a bunch of con artists, and care less about their customers or customer retention.Don’t listen to the other fony reviews about this dealership. Please, for the love of God, stay away. You have been warned.
They are masters at bait and switch. I paid ready cash for a XLE sienna 2011. They took 4 montsh (yes 4 months) to deliver the car by dragging it as late as they can. And to add further insult went back on a 800$ addon they promised and insetad are offering 20$ pinstripe as replacement! They then offered to give me “free” the already free 2 year maintenance package that toyota is currently offering. The nerve of such plain faced liars i have never seen in my life.
Particularly watch out for the Kevin and Kirsten the evil “car salesman” duo. Really low lifes of worst possible kind.

This was the first dealsership I went to for my Sienna. I was then looking for a pre-owned but open to a new one. It seemed that the sales person was reluctant to talk about the price and the first thing he told was the MSRP of the vehicle. :confused: I think he thought I didn’t have the money to buy it so why waste time. He didn’t even offer to show me the minivan. I was bent on buying an AWD otherwise I would have gone to HONDA or chrysler/dodge. The worst thing was that after that they kept on calling me although they won’t even consider to be soft on the price.
