This is a topic that is near to my heart… Best wishes! Where are your get in touch with information though?
They are liars. They do not hover their everybody rides 1000.00 dollar guarantee. I have been trying to get someone to call me to address this issue and I filed with the bbb one week ago, they haven’t responded and claim to not having received such complaint. If you have poor credit DO NOT go they will sucker you to get in and hound you for a co signer. The owner Frank Myers is aware of my issues and has made zero attempts to call me, just send me messages of empty words. The bbb may only end up doing nothing but I filed a complaint with the ftc and next will follow up with the attorney general. Hopefully it won’t ended up in court as a final option. BEWARE. DO YOUR HOMEWORK, I MADE THAT MISTAKE! But I will challenge them because their business practices are deceptive and they lie and trick people.
We have come here before and did some shopping a while ago then decided to come back and my wife and i couldn’t be happier with the kindness of everyone and how helpful everyone was. We decided on a vehicle and we couldnt be happier with our purchase. Thank you Frank Myers and Thank you Eddie Long.
To those who have had bad experiences, let me preface my comments by saying, ummm….hello, you can have those experiences anywhere. Even your mechanic cannot identify EVERY potential problem on a car.
Okay, just needed to get that out. As far as my experience, Frank Myers get an A+++ from me. I haven’t had the car long enough to have really had any problems, but everything’s working very well. It drives beautifully. I have horrible credit from being a student overseas for 2 years, and having credit cards and student loans go into default, due to difficulty being hired as a foreigner with a student Visa, and mandated limited hours per week I would be allowed to work.
Frank Myers was the only dealer I talked to, who was willing to talk to me for more than 5 minutes, and to work to give me a chance. As a female, first time buyer, coming to the office by myself, I was so nervous. I’ve had mechanics try to take advantage of me, why shouldn’t a car dealership? Well, not only were they able to get me financed, but they also got me into a much newer car than I requested. I talked with family afterwards about the payments and loan term, and they were impressed.
Will my car have problems? Does not everything man made have some issues, sooner or later? I’ve had family members and friends get brand new vehicles, that they have had to have serviced shortly after buying. Not to mention “recalls,” and that’s a factory/manufacturer issue, not a dealer issue.
Additionally, while I was there, a family was discouraged from co-signing for their adult daughter whom, even the family said they knew she would not make the payments as set up if she got a car, and their credit would be on the line. The sales man had to talk them out of taking the risk, and apologized that he did not feel he could assist them in taking that risk. So….a car dealer “running a scam” refused a sale? How many other dealerships would do that when there was a willing co-signer available?
Jonathan was my sales man. Thank you, Jonathan, you put me at ease. Keith was my financial man, and Keith thank you as well. I came with high recommendation from a colleague, who has bought several cars from you for her immediate family and said she’s always had a great experience. My experience is up there with her and her family’s. Thank you for helping me to get into my first “proper,” car that will last me for much longer than a year, as the cheap, old cars I’ve owned before have. 🙂 To future consumers, feel free to read the reviews, but give them a chance to at least talk to you.

The sales staff are some of the best!!! But, yes there is a but to the situation. I have purchased four vehicles from Frank Myers Auto Maxx in the last 10 or so years and have never had a problem until now. Also i’ve never had an opportunity to deal with the shop part being all of the cars up to this point were good reliable cars. I purchased a used chevrolet tahoe on or about 10-26-12, within a week I called my salesman, told him of the problems I was having was told to bring it in being I hadn’t even had the vehicle a week! Took it and left it overnight and made sure to tell them what the problem was thinking it would be fixed, I called the next day only to be told they had to order a part and it would be finished the next morning at 8 a.m. I picked my Tahoe up around 3 o’clock the next day. I drove it down the highway and everything seemed to be fine. Boy was I fooled!!! My husband a ASE certified mechanic checked what we had already knew was wrong with the vehicle, instead of fixing the problem they only made it look like they had actually done something to the vehicle. I called the shop to ask exactly what was done, and was told they had only put fluid in my power steering and ordered a gasket for my oil pan. Funny thing is if they ordered it wasn’t put on, and the power steering pump needed to be replaced. The intake manifold (which is plastic) is also leaking, now this is something you can see leaking so if they had even looked at the vehicle they would have seen this. On top of all that I thought it was quite funny that someone tried to spray paint the brake rotors on the back and painted the wheel in doing so. I mean if you are going to try and cover up something up at least cover your butt and take the wheel off so I can’t see your art work. After all that I ask if I could take it to my mechanic and they reimburse me for the charges only to be told no they can’t do that. Well at this point i’m going to eat the cost of the repairs because I don’t trust their shop for even changing the oil correctly, so much for their warranty on the powertrain if that’s the way they fix things!!
Everyone was awesome to work with. The car I wanted they had to bring in from their distribution network but Ashley told me that over the phone. My sales guy was off the day I decided to but his Team member stepped up and handled everything perfect. They were really great working me and my dad with financing. I appreciate the friendly attitude and the service. They dealt with me straight up, no games.
I would not buy from these idiots. I went in May 12th o Saturday.. I asked for a Honda civic hybrid… They said they had it in inventory and would have the car by Monday the 14th of may 2012. I spend 4 hours of my time and they promised 7000 trade in for my car. I spoke with Eddie long and Jon houser… Guess what they gave me so many excuses Monday and Tuesday the 14 and 15th then they don’t get back with me… Well they lost at least $18,000. I went to scott Clark Honda in charlotte and they explained to me that for my purposes I should get a Civic with Econ feature. I got a 2k discount and 4k for my car… I ended up with a 16k car after discounts… I will never go to Frank myers auto became they lied to me….
The car I was driving was stolen and totaled. My job requires me to drive to different locations so needless to say I needed a car quick with not a lot of money on short notice. I got a 2004 Chevrolet Tracker, but had to drive another vehicle for a 2 days awaiting the financing to go through. I drive the car from W-S all the way to Burlington and the engine light comes on, so I call up there and ask about the 160pt check they do on all vehicles. The manager tells me to bring it back so the service dept can fix the problem. I take the car back after having it for 1 day. This time they keep it a week to fix. I get a call the car is ready for pickup (I have now had to take multiple days off work to accomodate their stupidity). I tell the manager I can come on Sat because I refuse to take anymore time off work and drive all the way back to Burlington. I get up to go to the store on Sunday morning and engine is back on. I call the manager again, this time to be ignored. I call the salesman, Stephan and he ignores me. So I leave messages for everyone, but no return call. Finally, I get a call from the service dept a month later to bring the car back for repairs. I tell him I cannot bring it back every week missing time from work. I had also spoke with the manager about voiding the contract on day 3 but like so many scam artist, he tells me that I should have requested that on day 2! Needless to say I still have this piece of crap and forced to pay for it. And still nobody at Frank Myer- Rip Off Maxx has even offered to assist paying for the repairs. I would not recommend you go to this “dealership” for anything unless you just want to play the video games in the lobby or eat free popcorn! And even that’s not worth listening to their lies!!! STAY AWAY FROM FRANK MYERS AUTO MAXX
Janice B,
My name is Tracy Myers and I am the owner of Frank Myers Auto Maxx. My dealership participates in the Certified Dealer Program and we are committed to providing high quality customer service. However, based on your Car Dealer Check review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at my dealership.
Please allow me to sincerely apologize to you for the bad experience you had at my store. While we strive to make everyone happy, we obviously failed where you were concerned.
If my memory serves me correctly, you and I have never spoken about this. So I encourage you to contact me so we can work together to find a resolution that makes you happy. My direct email address is [email protected]
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Tracy Myers
Well Tracy the only thing that will make me happy is for you to take your car back and give me my money back! It has not passed inspection because I don’t have an extra $2500 to have it fixed. No we have never spoken of this issue because each time I asked for the owner of your horrible establishment, I was always told by Stephen or Keith, you were not available.
I appreciate you taking the time to answer me back. To make sure I understand you correctly, if I take the vehicle back and refund your money then you will be happy? is that correct? I would sincerely like to discuss this option with you. When is a good time for us to meet face-to-face at the dealership?
In closing, my apologies that you weren’t able to get in touch with me. In the future, my direct office phone number and email address are on the dealership website. In addition, you can reach me through my personal Facebook page or via Twitter at @MyersAuto. I am always available to speak with my customers.
I look forward to hearing from you.

First off I was lied to on the phone..gave ALL this information only to be told (of course) that they can help me and the car I wanted was available. Yea, available, as in something similar but not what I wanted AND THEN to make matters worse…it takes them ALL DAY just to continue telling you the “bank is still working on some numbers”…pure bS..it’s all lies…The money for your trade is only valuable if your’re getting a particular vehicle, but of course the commericial didn’t tell us that..well I know the scam and I warn anyone looking for a car to be careful! They will tell you lies over the phone, on the website chat and in your face..trust me people..
Please accept my sincerest apologies for the bad experience you had at Frank Myers Auto Maxx. My team and I work very hard to assure that our customers have a great experience when visiting our dealership. It is obvious that we failed miserably with you.
Please know that in today’s competitive marketplace, it is even more challenging to work with anonymous opinion. We have also unfortunately found out that some unscrupulous dealers will post negative blogs and never be a real customer in the first place. I do not know which is the case here. Please contact me direct at #336.831.0646 so that we can discuss what happened and work towards a resolution.
Thank You,

BUYER BWEARE!!!!!
We were looking for a Toyota Camry. I came across Frank Myers website and decided to give them a try because we do have credit issues and needed special financing. I called first and they are very insistent on getting personal information before they tell you anything else. You have to sign up online to see the inventory and then you see small pictures of cars without any details whatsoever. Anyway, the receptionist says, yes, we have Camrys. Give me some information and come in to take a look. Spoke with the salesperson as well. Explained our credit situation and he was quick to say we would be approved. So, we went there. Guess what? Not a Camry on the lot. I should have left then after lie number one. But, they had a 2010 Corolla and I liked that well enough. Went through the application and they said they cannot get my husband financed, too many credit issues. Did he get $1000? No, he did not. They wanted to do it my name only. So, we reluctantly agreed to that. They were getting close to closing and salesman says they will let me drive the car home for the night since they are pretty sure the deal will go through in the morning. They asked me to sign a very generic “contract” and reassured me over and over that this is nothing binding. That was just to let me drive the car legally. My husband was telling me they are scamming us, don’t drive the car but I was trusting of their word and drove it home. Next day comes, still waiting. Days pass by, still working on it, but all is fine I am told. In the meantime, we went back to the dealership and said give us our old car back until you have a done deal. Got a lot of run around and pressure to keep the car and give them a little more time. Next day, they have the deal done. I am still reluctant but we want to rebuild our credit. I take the car and go home so I can discuss it more with my husband and believing the “Iron Clad Money Back Guarantee” has me covered. My husband still has reservations. I try yet again to get my car back and cancel this deal. More questions, more pressure. Then we have to take a short emergency trip. The defroster stops working, the back fender has popped off on one side and there is a rattling sound in/under the engine. My husband looks, something is broken under the car. We go straight back to dealer and demand our car and down payment back. Keith wants service to look at it, and promises he will fix it. At this point, we no longer have any interest in dealing with Frank Myers AT ALL! We ask repeatedly for our car back. We bring up the money back guarantee, he says it’s only good for two days and that time expired while I was driving the car though it was never actually financed and I was told that I was not obligated to anything during that period. So, how does that now count against the money back guarantee? This whole experience has been awful. I have left voicemails for the owner. No call back yet. We have been yelled at by Keith the finace guy. I was in tears. DO NOT buy from these people!!!!!!!! The car is overpriced to make up for the “free warranty”. The have way too much mark-up. They prey on people with credit issues. I am going to write the attorney general, the BBB and even talk to an attorney about this. I will also put a big sign on the car warning NOT to buy from this place. We as consumers are the ones who can put a stop to this kind of predatory lending practice. I am not a dealer sneaking around to leave negative feedback. My personal email is [email protected]. Anyone can feel free to contact me with any other questions
I completely understand Kristy A! I have contacted the BBB and an attorney. I will shut down this place if I need be. The manager is rude and very unprofessional towards compliants. He kept interrupting me and saying the service dept is very reputable. I will send you an email so we can fight this together and I’m sure there are others out there to join us.
I want to sue them as well!!!
Took the weekend to go car shopping and Frank Myers Auto Maxx was the only place that gave us the time of day. At other places we were ignored and talked down to but not at Frank Myers. We were treated respectfully and like real people. I can’t praise them enough. They changed my mind about car dealers and car salesmen.
Jennifer,
Thank you for the kind words and the opportunity to serve. I sincerely appreciate it. Please enjoy your car and let us know if we can ever help.
Sincerely,
Tracy Myers
Ive tried to look at inventory online and was requested to put in contact information, then told the link was broken to the page, disappointed because I really need vechile and have been doing a lot of internet searching for the right thing.. i would love to see what Frank Myer can do for me, if I could only see the inventory! This is the only site that claims to have a “private” inventory…ugggh!
Dear Tiffany,
Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you and for letting us know that we were having problems with our website. It was a technical glitch that was out of our control and has since been resolved. Please be our guest to revisit the site. Once you do, I’m positive that you will see that our “Private Inventory” was well worth the wait.

I want to say i’ve never regretted working somewhere as much as at frank myers. After being released Robert told me he must search my toolbox before I would be allowed to take my tools. I reluctantly agreed and came to get my box and tools the next day. After looking through my box I found that all my flag sheets that I keep track of my flag time with were gone. I had turned at least 16hr the previous 2 days. They had over paid me 6-7hrs over the previous week so my last check should have been around 10hrs. I come to get my last check there isnt one. Robert tried to tell me that it was a perfect coicidence that they overpaid me exactly what i turned to the penny and no money was owed either way. After a little investigating I found that time i had flagged had been given to another tech enough to work out where it showed I only turned exactly what they overpaid me the week before. Robert is by far the worst service manager ive ever dealt with he treats his employees and customers with little to no respect. I still have a text from him saying what goes around comes around and he doesnt have any control over payroll which is a complete lie as he enters the time per job to any tech he wants. I’m glad this is the last time I will get screwed over by him and this dealership and I will let as many people as possible know how untrustworthy this dealership really is. Ive seen far too many cars just bought from there with major problems that the warranty company denies because of wording used by robert then frank myers doesnt have any responsibility in it at all. Ive seen jobs priced 2-300 dollars over book labor times and this happens on basically every cash job. And the thought of paying a really good tech $10 on flate rate is just embarrassing by anyones standards.
Name is Brian Swaim Tracy just in case you wanna look into any of this for me.

Just purchased a 2009 Chevy Equinox from Frank Myers Auto Maxx and had a great experience. Went in looking for used Traverse, Acadia or Equinox and checking on what would be the best deal. Had already shopped around and got pricing from several dealers Mike at Frank Myers was nice and gave me a very fare price on my trade in as well. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and with the overall experience. Thanks to Tracy, Keith and all the staff that helped me drive home in my new car the same day I purchased it.
Thank you for your kind words. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to serve you and look forward to assisting you again in the near future.

I called to set an appointment on Friday, June 24, 2011 and was greeted by Ashley. I asked her about a consignment program that the owner, Tracy Meyers, had mentioned prveiously. She stated that she was unsure, however, a salesperson would give me details.
Dane was insistent on running my credit and getting all the financial details before even telling me what was availible. I had to demand to see the cars to assure that there were at least 2 that I was interested in. It took him 10 minutes to get that cleared with his Finance Manager. When I asked Dane about the consignment program that Tracy spoke of he said ” I don’t know why he would have told you that.”
Overall, the salesperson, Dane, was polite, however, he did not seem confident when I asked him questions about several of the cars on the lot, and kept saying that every car was awesome. He also couldn’t explain the difference between Certified Used and Used cars. I looked at a black BMW that had a crack in the odometer and the inside was really worn out. He said it would all be fixed before selling.
Once I was able to view the cars I allowed them to run the credit, and they assured me that I was preapproved for the total amount of the car. I waited for 45 minutes before I even saw Dane again and he said the process was pending. He asked that I wait in the lobby. I agreed to that, and I was basically ignored for another hour. At that point I asked that he call me when the process was complete. He promised he would call by close of business. I have yet to hear back from him, and it’s been over 48 hours.
Dear jbeesuave,
Please allow me to apologize for the negative experience you had at my dealership. I don’t know why and I’m not going to make excuses. We dropped the ball while you were here…plain and simple. I’ve been trying to call you to discuss what happened but it seems that you may have changed your phone number. Please call me direct at 336-831-0646 at your earliest convenience. While I can never go “back in time” to fix what has already happened, I can move forward with your cooperation and seek a complete resolution that works for us both.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

We are all blessed and the windows of heaven opened up and poured their blessings upon my family and led us to Frank Myers Auto Maxx for our car. We got our 2010 Chevy Maliboo from them when 3 other car dealers practically told us to get off their lot. I’d like to send an extra thank you to Michael Thomas, our salesperson for never giving up on us and giving us all we wanted and more.
Thank you for your kind words. If I can ever be of assistance, please don’t hesitate to call me direct at 336-831-0646.

I was looking for a car to drive back and forth to work. I found what I wanted to look at on their website, I intiated a live chat and was told to come check the car out. I drove thirty minutes to the dealership only to find out that the car I wanted to look at was not even there. I feel I was lied to so that they could get me there to run my credit and try to get me in something that I was not even interested in. I decided to call the whole thing quits only to get another phone call from there, asking what they could do to help me? IMAGINE THAT! I am still waiting on a phone that I was promised from the employee and have YET to receive it.
Dear ThreeForMe,
Please allow me to apologize for the negative experience you had while visiting my dealership. Since you drove so far to see a vehicle that wasn’t available, please send me your name and mailing address so I can send you a gas card. I feel that it is the least I can do to compensate you for the time you wasted at my store.
If you are ever in the area again, please stop by and say hello. It would be great to meet you in person to discuss how I could make my dealership a better place to shop.
Sincerely, Tracy Myers
Might have had a good deal but the website seemed to be temporarily down so i couldn’t see what they had.
Thank you for letting us know our website was having technical difficulties. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. It should be up and running again. If you are still shopping for a vehicle, be sure to check it out and let me know what you think.
Sincerely,
Tracy Myers
Uncle Frank and Tracy Myers are frackin’ P-I-M-P-S! Cars are straight gangsta clean. I drove a Caddy and I was like BOO-YOW! Uncle Frank aint playin around with his rides. Financing is easy, not greasy! The skirt in service is a hottie with a nice smile and dimples fo miles. Holla at cha boy Mikey sometime.
I walked in on Friday the 8th. I was told about the $99 car deal they had going on the next day and was pressured to sign up. I done this and went the next day to the $99 car sale, Only to see two cars “Sold” to Employees in pretending to be customers. I had my Eye on a 94 Honda Civic, Marked down from 5900 to 3999. I went around and tried to get ti financed and make a deal happen. But the salesman would only let me here it run, Everytime I told him I wanted to Test Drive the car he got a bad attitude about having to move 6 cars to get it out. At first I only wanted to here it run, But after starting the car and finding it out it had no Heat, And was leaking Oil I wanted to test drive it. He told me this was not possible and that the car had been inspected by mechanics before hand and everything was checked and all the fluids had been changed. I laughed at this Because when i checked the oil it was black as can be and a Quart Low. After telling him i was no signing anything until we test drove the car he said thanks for your time and walked off. It was not until after I called his bluff that he then wanted to move the car out so we can test drive it. By this time i was pretty tired of all the crap and attitude and hollering this sales rep had done and Just took my business else where. Pricing was Way over. The estimated value of the car i was looking at was 1500 and they wanted close to 4k for it. Wait time was Terrible i waited close to 2 hours for a credit check.
The car we orinaly looked at had been marked down to 1599 but for some odd reason They could not finance the car for this amount. However for some old reason they could get financed for all the 8k plus cars on the lot. The car then went from 1599 to 3999 because the had planned to do an in house finance. My main problem with this was
1. The sales rep refused to let us test drive the car
2. Car had several Issues Including being a quart low on oil.
3.Sales rep was cought in several lies when attempting to sell this car.
There were several used Mustangs in the Winston Salem area when I was in the market a few years back but none as nice as the one at Frank Myers Auto Maxx. It was showroom condition and I had to have it. I took it to the Ford store before I paid for it and had it checked out. They said it was as new as any pre-owned Mustang they had ever seen. So I trusted them and I bought it. I like it so much that I have bought 3 additional Mustangs since then. A GT is my favorite and I still have it. I’ve gotten great deals on every Mustang I’ve bought from Tracy, Uncle Frank and the rest of the people at Frank Myers Auto. It is a pleasure to buy a car from them. They are always honest.
We have purchased our last 4 Honda Accords from Frank Myers Auto Maxx in Winston Salem. My first experience was with this dealership 3 years ago when I decided it was time to trade cars. I wanted to purchase a Honda Accord after reading the Consumers Report on this automobile. Plus my best friend had been driving a Honda for several years and never had any problems. The sales staff is very courteous and not high pressure. So I bought a Certified 2008 Accord. I loved that car. It was my baby. It was about a year later and my wife was ready to trade cars. She decided she wanted an Accord also. So she got a Certified 2007 Honda Civic. We also use their Service Department. They are just as friendly and efficient as the sales department. We always deal with the same saleperson each time we shop at Frank Myers Auto because we like him so much from the first time. Great place to buy your next car.
I really appreciate the work done by the service center at Frank Myers and thank you very much for fixing the whole engine heating issue with my car. It did cost me $150 deductible but I’m really happy and hopefully the car will run without any problems. 🙂
I’m glad that Frank Myers provided a good service. Even though there were some problems with the warranty company, Frank Myers handled my car really well.
Mr Tracy Myers was really helpful and easy to reach. Thanks a lot.:)
Dear shubham1704,
My name is Tracy Myers and I am the owner of Frank Myers Auto Maxx in Winston-Salem. My Xtreme Satisfaction Team forwarded me your review since they know how important a “more than happy” customer is to me. After reading your comments, I am positive that we can come to a resolution that we can both be completely satisfied with.
Since you didn’t give me your real name in the review, I can’t pull any information about your PT Cruiser, your transaction or your repairs. If you will contact me direct at #336*831*0646, I would like to schedule a time that’s convenient for you to sit down with me to discuss what was done to your vehicle while it was in our service department (I will also gladly give you an itemized repair order and review it with you).
I would also like to figure out why your vehicle is still overheating, assist you in correcting the problem and figuring out what can be done to keep it from happening again.
Please know that since your vehicle was experiencing a problem BEFORE the warranty ran out and was documented, your repair is covered by our service department for 12 months. No worries.
In closing, please let me say that I want to get this resolved as soon as possible so you can enjoy your car. Please call me before your car overheats and causes serious internal damage. I am here to help.

Hi
Its been 1 week since my car went for repairs at frank myers. I was told that that they are waiting to hear from the warranty company. its been 1 WEEK!!!! whats the use of a warranty if my car is sitting in the repair centre all the time. jEEZ…..aND I ‘LL HAVE TO PAY 150 BUCKS ANYWAYS.
I’m up for buying an extended warranty. whats the use of getting it from frank myers if they are just a middle man between me and the actual warranty company. They cannot even get a reply from the warranty company.
I dont think anyone realizes the inconvenience its causing my family. :-)) On top of that i’ll have to pay $150 deductible on a 3 month free warranty that comes with the car.
I had to bring the car in 2 times within 2 weeks and now its sitting there for more than a week…..
Dear Shub,
I apologize for the inconvenience and YES…I agree with you. Warranty companies are very slow regardless of the dealership you buy your car from. They decided to send an Inspector out and it took forever. However, the Inspector HAS approved the work as of late yesterday evening and your car should be ready soon. Also, your warranty approved you a rental car that you can pick up at your convenience.
As far as the deductible, I’ll ask the warranty company and see if i can get it waived due to the inconvenience you’ve had.
Thanks, enjoy your car and don’t forget that you have my direct phone number if you need anything!

I worked with Oochi and Keith at Frank Myers Auto Maxx andthey did me a good deal. I was treated professionally and everyone wasfriendly. Rich worked with me to get my monthly payments where I could affordthem. The down payment was low and that is a good thing for someone on a budgetlike me. My 2007 Dodge Durangois just what I wanted to drive home in and I did. Thanks to the whole FrankMyers team for a wonderful car buying experience. Me and my family will be backfor our next used car.
Rebecca,
Thank you for your nice review. I am glad you are enjoying your Durango and I hope to see you in our service dept for an oil change very soon. Stop by and say hello.

The salespeople at Frank Myers Auto are very low pressure. They are very friendly and answer questions without asking a question back like most salespeople seem to do. They also don’t work on commission and I like that. They provided me a Carfax without asking and also had their 160 point inspection to review. I have bought at leat 4 cars there, and only had a small problem with one of them. The check engine light came on as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. I was angry but they calmed me down, stood behind what they had sold me and corrected it quickly at no cost to me. I have also compared prices at this location and other car dealers. They are always competitive and usually much lower than the other dealers in town.
When verifying my review, I noticed that I had given Frank Myers Auto Maxx 3’s but I meant to give them 5’s. Could someone tell me how to correct this please?
After buying 3 dependable cars from Frank Myers Auto Maxx, this is my used car dealership of choice. Friendly people, clean facilities and really nice cars with a huge selection are a few of the things that keep me coming back. I’ve also bought 3 really good used cars from Frank Myers Auto Maxx with no real problems to speak of. I’ve shoped used car dealers in Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville and Charlotte but none can compare to Frank Myers Auto Maxx in Winston-Salem. Thumbs up!
Andy,
Thank you for visiting us again and again and again. You are a dedicated member of our family and I appreciate you.
Stop by and say hello. The coffee is on me.
