Terrible organization. They fake inspection reports and if your car fails they do not stand behind it. Had vehicle in service days after purchase and less than 3000 miles the engine blew. Engine condition was covered up. Over $6000 in expenses in 3 months and they could care less. When approached to address they refused to work with me. Stay away. I’ll be posting in all media outlets about my experience. Not a trustworthy group. High turn over on employees that have bad reputations in the industry. Owner/principal Cheryl Nelson could have cared less to help.
I just purchased a new 2010 Camry XLE from Ken and Bill and I couldn’t be happier. They were both extremely professional, friendly and absolutely wonderful to deal with. Top notch customer service. I drove 470 miles (round trip) to purchase this car from them and would go there again in a heart-beat. You will not find a more knowledgable, friendly staff, eager to serve you. They gave me a fantastic price on the Camry and even sold it to me for a lower price than they quoted me. How many dealerships would do that? They thanked me numerous times to drive that far to buy from them. I highly recommend this dealership. Their price beat Thomas Toyota of Joliet, IL by over $1000.00. I am a customer service specialist since my expertise in customer service and satisfaction then you know if I rate them #1, they are truely #1. Thanks for making my first time NEW car purchase a memorable and fabulous experience.
