Used car dealership in Van Nuys. They have about a hundred cars in their lot, ranging from sporty custom Mitsubishi Lancer Evos to Honda Civics to Nissan Quests. Extremely low prices.

This is the WORST dealership i have ever come across, I am sorry to have been fooled by them. They are complete SCAM artists. First off, all their cars are more than likely LEMONS because they don’t tell you when a car has been in an accident, which is ILLEGAL! They way overcharged me for the car i got. This was my first time buying a car so i wasn’t that educated on things to look for. When i tried to look for help with Auto Excel, they laughed in my face and told me my “three day return policy” was over. Basically that the car was my problem now. They did a complete Mickey Mouse Job for this car to look like its good, they didn’t even fill the car’s tank with gas. I immediately had to take it back for service on the bumper (the paint job was HORRID)when i picked it up I was expecting a shiny new car, I didnt get that. They didnt even CLEAN THE DAMN CAR NOT THE OUTSIDE OR THE INSIDE! I took it to Chevy and they immediately told me it was in an accident. I WAS MORTIFIED. The sales manager Oscar looks like a thug, and stares you down as if he is one to. The finance manager (Fredi) is a complete liar. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS! THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.
I went to this dealership and had the worst expereince EVER!! I mean we all have hard times at dealers but this place takes the cake….. Oscar the sales manager is so rude i cant believe they would have this person be a sales manager from his apperance to his attitude…. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE… Sadly my friend bought a car and of course it turned out to be a lemon and she is still dealing with this shady company…
I saw their Memorial Day ad on Facebook last weekend and I wanted to trade in my car for a new one. I called the dealership and spoke with a girl named Krystal, who walked me through the credit app center. I went in on that Monday and I waited for about 10 minutes for Krystal to meet me in the showroom. She came down and met me and showed me some cars that met my low price criteria, I test drove with a different salesmen and agreed to the price. Added onto the trade, I got a steal from these guys. I didnt see Krystal afterwards I was with a manager Freddy who was pretty cool. 😎
These guys won’t take no for an answer, if you don’t like one car they’ll show you another. Very persistence salesmen. I bought a 2005 Nissan Sentra from these guys about January of this year. It sounded like a good deal. Got a decent finance plan with it and it ran perfectly. I already paid for the registration and they said it would come into the mail by 2 weeks. They were really nice and had that kind of personality that you just can’t say no to. Of course aren’t all sales persons like that?
Now your thinking well they seem like a nice place to buy from. Well think again! 2 weeks pass and still my registration hasn’t come in, well no biggie, maybe it’s just a little bit late. I call them and they said they mailed it out. So I wait another 2 weeks, than a month, than 2 months…It is now May, 2010 and I still haven’t received my registration. I called them to find out what is going on, They said it’s my fault and I had to go to the DMV and pay for another registration! Well I couldn’t take this standing up so I pressured them into telling me why. Finally they reveal there little secret and told me they haven’t finish the paper work from the previous owners who used to own this car, and they said they’ll take care of it right away. And you guessed it,It’s nearing the end of May and I’m still waiting for them to fix their little problem. Just to add in, they said this car has been sitting on there lot for quite some time, so there shouldn’t be any excuse as to why they didn’t finish the paperwork to transfer the cars ownership from the previous owner to their dealership.
To top it all off My temporary registration ended a month ago and I’m suddenly starting to get car problems! It’s as if they planned this to happen at the exact time it’s supposed to expire. Luckily I got one more months registration from the DMV.
My advice. Stay away from these guys. they do try and give you a good deal and they’re as nice as can be, but when a problem comes up with your car or any paper work that doesn’t benefit them even though it’s their fault, well you’ll have the same thing happen to you as I did.
I bought a 2004 Nissan Sentra last week from them. the price was negotiable, and we made a deal. But be prepared to have your phone blown up by 3 different salespeople calling you to request an appointment. I guess there was miscommunication, bc i got a call asking when i was coming in, even after i visited the dealership. It wasnt bothersome, but kind of annoying. Everyone was very nice, though. they financed me at a 600 score at 10% down.
They have very low prices on cars. I bought a 2006 Honda Civic from the dealership and I have not had an issue yet. The salesperson Oliver did not pressure me at all, and he explained that the dealership was under new ownership and they have a 100% guaranteed approval program which I immediately was signed up for. The down payment was a little more than I was asking for, but the monthly payments were worth it due to the low price it was itself. They give you CarFax reports of the car and explain everything in detail to the best of their knowledge. Oliver was very helpful and did not harass me with phone calls asking when I was coming in. It was an easy transaction, in and out. I recommend this dealership to ANYONE in los angeles.. because of the economy the dealership is practically GIVING away their cars. The only part I disliked about the dealership was their amount of parking space. Otherwise, check the prices from auto excel before you buy from another dealership.
