I dropped my bike off to be serviced two and a half weeks ago and had to call the dealership after a week and a half. At that point, I found out they hadn’t done anything because they realized they’d have to pull the engine. Finde, but they never called me. I had to call them! I then kept checking in and was told they only had to clean the carb and they should have time to do it Friday. I told them good because it was very important that we have the bike for the beautiful weather and 3-day labor day weekend (my poor wife, who passed her MSF and got her endorsement a month ago, has been very patient). I called Friday before they closed (yes, once again I had to call them) and they hadn’t even touched the dang bike! They had the nerve to tell me about a jet ski they had to fix and even said there was another bike in front of mine! “The guy’s standing right in front of me.” was the tech’s comment. Maybe I need to go stand in front of them until they fix the dang bike. They apparently will ignore you as long as you let them. To reiterate, they have had the bike for 2.5 weeks, didn’t touch it for 1.5, it’s still not fixed, and they have not contacted me a single time. If I hadn’t called them, I bet they still wouldn’t have touched it. Very unhappy.
