My Don Davis Chevrolet GMC Pontiac Buick reviewWe bought our Buick Enclave here (love the vehicle), and unfortunately we were transferred overseas a little more than 14 months later. We brought it back to sell it to them, for a stupidly low price. However, that is not my complaint as I understand when we have to sell it to a dealer under a time crunch that you don’t get top dollar.
The problem is that it is now almost 4 weeks later and our money has still NOT been wired into our account!! They have our vehicle and could even have sold it already, and they have not paid us for it!
They are not responding timely to our messages, and we’ve only heard that it will be taken care of immediately…but we are still waiting! This is completely unacceptable!
BEWARE when dealing with these people! There are plenty of good dealerships in the greater Houston area, so go anywhere but here!
