Very low pressure atmosphere, A little too low for my liking. No one seemed to care about making the sale, except the manager and then he laid the BS on to thick for my liking. He wanted to sell me what was on the lot not what I wanted. My husband and I would have gone to another dealer but they were closest and we needed a car that week. Purchased the car and when we go to get in it, it looked like a child had washed it. Manager said they owe us a detailing “after” we questioned him. Took the car back for a leak and then they were going to detail it. Come to find out they outsourced the detail and an employee at that shop took our New car for a 100 mile joy ride. This is something the dealer let us question about instead of telling us. They offered to look the car over and fix the broken parts. Later after I threatened to get my lawyer involved they offered a $25 gas card and $150 to their parts dept, (you be the judge if you think that is a slap in the face). I am unfortunately stuck with this incompetent dealership for a few yrs… we purchased the extended service plan and it is not transferable. The mechanic we are dealing with is awesome, but you have to deal with the others to get to him.
I recently totalled my car and needed to purchase a new one. I have very poor credit but had a down payment from the insurance check that I had gotten from the accident. I had been to three other dealerships before visiting Fitzgerald Auto Mall- none of them gave me the time of day, one of them actually told me that I was wasting their time. I was treated with respect at Fitzgerald Auto Mall and my salesman Lloyd Mercer was very accomidating. He was able to get me financed on a car and even called me the day after I bought it to make sure that I was satisfied. The car is great, and I know where I’ll be shopping in the future.
I was shopping for a new GTI 4 door and was having trouble finding a dealership that would take me seriously. I’m a young buyer and was looking for a specific car (4 doors, black, loaded with navigation) All of the dealers that I went to told me they’d call mme with a price and never did. Ben Kelley the Salesman there was very professional and made me feel like I was welcome in their showroom. He found a car at another dealership and brought it in for me, their price was unbeatable and everyone at the dealership was knowledgable and friendly. Sondra Zahn, the finance lady there was also very professional and helped me out with a great rate. Overall my experience there was very good and I would reccomend that anyone try them out.
I was shopping online for a new Mazda 3 and contacted several dealerships asking them to provide me with an out the door price. I received 17 e mails from different dealers and onle ONE of them had done what I had asked. 😮 Sondra gave me up front pricing and she was helpful and patient with all of my questions (I don’t know much about cars) :confused: I shopped her price and she ended up being the lowest anyway. when I arrived at the dealership she had the car cleaned for me and ready to go. I took a test drive and we came back and sat down so I could make a financial decision. I had trouble making my decision right there and she suggested that I go to lunch to think about it. I was SHOCKED! She didn’t chain me to the desk and have 37 people come over to me before I left! There was NO PRESSURE! I ended up buying the car from her and she showed me how everything worked. I am very happy with my new Mazda 3 and I am sending my neighbor over to her next month! If you want a no hassle easy buying experience go to fitzgerald and ask for her!!!
