My Crowley Volkswagon reviewI bought a used car from Crowley because of its good reputation. I arranged a pick up the car date and time with the saleman who sold me my car. When I arrived he was selling a couple a new car. I waited one hour and he literally never acknowledged or said hello to me. He actually walked right by me. I understand he was trying to make a sale but to not even thank me or wish me well was totally unprofessional. After I bought the car I discovered a oil leak and I was told there was a cracked oil pan that had been “epoxied” as a quick fix. I called Crowley and said I wasn’t accusing them of doing that but expected they would have found it since they assured me they throougly inspected the car and serviced it. What I expected is if they found the oil pan that way they would not have sold it like that. I brought the car to 3 different repair shops and each one said there was no way Crowley didn’t see it. It cost $1000 to replace. They returned my call and said I bought it “as is”. No ownership or responsibility at all. All in all would never go back and do not trust them at
