WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER – Ruined my Christmas Holiday and was lied to when they tried to correct their horribel service. The Tuesday before Christmas, my 2014 Camry got a whole in the tank. I have the “Platinum Warranty.” They had no loaner car for me for the whole week and didn’t get my car until the next Monday. Then I found out they tried to chage me $200 more before I brought in insurance company into it. Then they messed up the estimate and I had to pay more than my deductable. To top it off I had to go get a gas can from Home Depot and go to a gas station to get enough gas to get my car off the lot which they would not provide. I complained and was told they would give me a “gas voucher” and had a team meeting since this was unacceptable, yet they did it. Then on 2/3/15, my wife went with her mom to the dealership and was going to get the “voucher.” My wife was told they don’t give them out. I called extremely upset and angry and was told by “Mike” head of customer service that I had to bring my car in so they could get an employee to go get the gas. He never told me this for I would have flipped and yet he told me he explained this fully. LIAR!!! Mike definately does not know what the definatition of a voucher for it is detachable, but my main issue is why didn’t they put gas in it the first place so NONE of this would happen. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Mike said he told me about having to bring in my car so someone could get gas for it. That was a straight out lie to my face. Then he says ” he is a man of his word.” He is a lair and not sure why a company like that would keep such a horrible representative. Wish I never bought a Toyota again. If you want the best warranty and shit service then buy a Toyota and have it serviced at Bill Kids. Thanks for listening, Mike G
Sales manager Paul and salesman Joe claimed that the “new Camry” they were selling me was not involved in any recall. I called Toyota and they said it was recalled. They had to expedite the repair in order to fix the car. Then Bill Kid Toyota sold me paint protectant for $300+ that was suppose to seal the paint because lead is not used in the paint anymore. When I got my so called free car wax bottle it was already partially used. We’ll I guess I paid alot of money to have them wax my car!!! When I complained about the service Mr. Bill Kid called to apologize but did not offer any compensation for my trouble.
Now I found out that they are selling the Honda Pilot I traded in for 5K more than they gave me. They could only give me17K because they were “selling it to a wholesaler”. This turned out to be a lie because it’s for sale on their lot!!!
I will never buy another car from Bill Kid again!!! I recommend sticking with Carmax. At least you get the same deal as everyone else.
