My Dove Buick Cadillac reviewTook my car in for a diagnostics test. I noticed a ticking sound while driving home. I open the hood and notice 3 plug wires pulled off of my distributor cap and the point was sparking! Why would they pull my wires and send me home?! They also told me the reason why my cruise doesn’t work is because my abs pump is bad. The abs has been disconnected for over 3 years and I’ve had cruise up to about 1 1/2 years ago. He told me it wasn’t worth getting it fixed and was charged almost $170 for their services! A friend of mine brought his suburban in for service. When he went to pick it up his driver door mirror was broke. They told him it was like that when he brought it in! They don’t seem to take any pride in their work or even want to work. I will never go back to Dove and will refer people elsewhere
