Dishonest and a fraud. Do not do business with this dealership.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. THEY ARE NO HONEST AT ALL. TECH SAID I CAN FIX PROBLEM IN HALF HOUR TO AN HOUR AND THE PEOPLE SAID THEY WILL CHARGE ME TWO HOURS LABOR. AFTER I SPOKE TO THE TECH AND I CONFRONTED THE ONE OF THE GUY IN THE FRONT DESK HE SAID IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING WHILE HE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF. DON’T TRUST THEM. IF THEY FINISH FIXING THE CAR IN HALF HOUR OR AN HOUR THEY KEEP THE CAR INSIDE PRETENDING THEY ARE STILL FIXING IT TO CHARGE MORE MONEY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

Having recently purchased my C70 (great car) that was unfortunately totaled in Sandy, even prior to my receiving the title. I had just installed brand new “weather tech” floor mats which I had left in the car, figuring the chances of me getting another car with same color interior was slim to none.
In any event Tony & Eddie have already located another car for us (same color interior) which we hope to have in the next week or so?
Mark in service went above & beyond by going around to your disposal lot, located our original vehicle prior to Geico recovery & got our mats back for us. That’s what customer service is all about!
