PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 6:00 a.m. 4/28/11 and ends at7:00 p.m. 6/8/11. PRIZE PACKAGE. There will be one overall winner, who will win a 2009 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic motorcycle with accessories from Sunrise Yamaha valued at $7,556; and a open motorcycle trailer by RAD Industries from Trailer Country valued at $2,100. ELIGIBILITY. This promotion is open all legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age as of 4/28/11, except owners and employees of KFLI-FM (Cool 104), Sunrise Motorsports properties, Trailer Country and any other party associated with the administration of this promotion, including participating advertisers, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. This contest is void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to participate, but you must be present at the final drawing on 6/11/11 for your chance to win. HOW TO ENTER. Listen to Cool 104.7 and follow their on-air instructions about how to call in and qualify. You may also register at Sunrise Yamaha and Trailer Country for a chance to qualify for the final drawing. Sunrise Yamaha and Trailer Country will qualify one person each day, all in random drawings. Two additional qualifiers will be selected in random drawings at each Cool 104 live radio remote during the promotion period. A maximum of 136 qualifiers will be selected for the final drawing. You may register one time daily at each participating sponsor, but you may not qualify more than one time. Entries will not be carried over from one day to the next. Entrants with multiple entry forms in the registration boxes will be declared ineligible. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winner will be selected during a reverse drawing of all eligible qualifiers at Sunrise Yamaha, 700 Truman Baker Dr., Searcy, AR 72143, on Saturday, June 11, 2011. To start the reverse drawing, one person’s name will be drawn, who will be the first ?loser? and receive a consolation prize by Cool 104. That person will then draw the next person’s name, and the process will continue until there are two qualifiers left, with two names left in the drawing box. The next name drawn will be the runner-up, who will receive consolation prize from Cool 104. The final name in the box will be the potential grand prize winner, pending completion of verification that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the promotion, including without limitation the execution of all required documents related to the promotion. The winner must agree to the use of his/her photo, voice, name or other likeness on participating business web sites, social network sites and on Cool 104 radio station. If the final name in the box is determined to not be eligible based on the requirements in these contest rules, the runner-up will then be declared the winner, pending a review of his/her qualifications. FINAL DRAWING. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact qualifiers for the final drawing. Finalists must be report to Sunrise Yamaha between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2011, and must present a driver’s license or other state-issued photo ID to be included in the final drawing. There will be no stand-ins and no substitutions. Only the person who is the qualifier may participate. The final drawing will begin at approximately 1:15 p.m. TAXES. All federal, state and/or local income taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility. Cool 104 will provide the winner with a Form 1099 and will report the value of the winnings to the Internal Revenue Service. Sales taxes must be paid to Sunrise Yamaha and Trailer Country prior to taking possession of the motorcycle and trailer, respectively. Sales taxes must be paid by 5 p.m on 6/16/11. If they are not paid by that date, the prizes will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible person. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning this contest depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of qualifiers who are present for the final drawing. PRIZE SUBSTITUTIONS. No prize or part thereof may be substituted for cash. CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering the promotion, each entrant releases and discharges the sponsors, advertisers and any other party associated with the development or administration of this promotion, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective owners, employees or representatives, from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion, including without limitation to legal claims, costs, injuries, losses, demands or actions of any kind. S. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, illegible or not filled out completely will not be eligible. These rules may be modified as needed by mutual consent of the sponsors and as is permitted by Arkansas law.
