I like that the service techs looks for things needing attention that I did not know about so I can have them fixed before they break and leave me stranded. Plus they have records of what has been done on the vehicle in the past. I always recommend Dick Edwards, everyone is friendly, quick to respond, and at very reasonable prices. We have leased or purchased six or more vehicles from them and have always been very happy.

This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. The finance office in the establishment is terrible. They can’t keep track of any payments that I have sent to them and when I question them about it they get very defensive. I would never reccomend this Car Lot to anyone.
You can’t send a payment through your bank account to us, then it be returned by your bank, and our office still count it as a payment. If you don’t make a payment on your in house note for months, how could you expect your vehicle to be paid off? Or, not have to pay any interest on the remaining balance. This is just an indication of the reason why our dealership had to set you up with an in house note to begin with, clearly you have done this with every debt you have had recently.
Also, How could have your “pressure to buy” have been “high” when you couldn’t get financed anywhere else?
Howard was a good sales guy. He turned the paperwork over to Charlie who is really slow and doing too many things at once. I decided to go with my bank for financing. We sat around being bored while Charlie was in his office with other people. 2 hours later I was finally able to go to Charlies office for him to type in my name, address, etc and print it out so I could sign it. Then go to lunch while the car was detailed. It took 4 hours from the time I got on the lot to leave with my new car.
