Horrible. You know that reputation that car salemen have? These guys are worse than that.
I had heard these guys were shady, but currently being the only GM dealership around I figured I would check it out. I mean, ALL dealerships are at least a bit shady, right? At least in the sense that they want your money. So as a responsible consumer I went to the lot.
Pushy, which is to be expected, but what is worse is they do not listen, or do not retain at least, what you tell them you want/don’t want. Instead they push and push to a more expensive vehicle. well, they pushed themselves right out of a sale.
I lost track of how many times I told the salesman I was stuck with that I did not give one damn if I ever had heated seats, and almost like a badly written, poorly thought out comedic sketch, he would almost in the next breath be spouting off about the features of this superior vehicle (not of course, the base vehicle I wanted, and was ready to purchase I might add), complete with heated seats, etc…
I was close to a deal despite this pushy crap, and was called to come in on my way home from work the following day because they supposed had a better offer to make me. So I show up after working all day, and am told that the vehicle I was looking at was sold! Couldn’t have told me this over the phone? Oh, and of course they had no other matching vehicles, only more expensive ones. Way to insult my intelligence, losers.
Bait and switch much?
This place is now the only local GM dealer near me, so you know what? I am not buying GM this time.
Great job, Diamond! I will never set foot on your shady lots again, as long as I live.
and GM, bye bye,
