My Deskins Hyundai reviewScheduled a regular service appt, arrived 30 min early, parked car by service door, gave all info and keys to service manager and was told would be about an hour wait. After an hour in their smoke-filled lounge, went back to service area and noticed my car still parked where I left it. After another hour in the service area and after listening to horrifying stories of others who were waiting and problems they had with this dealer, went back to service area. Car still where I left it, couldn’t find manager (at lunch) but another worker said, “sorry, busy day but will tell manager when he returns and won’t take long for your service.” After another hour&half, returned to service area and service person went to check on progress. He returned looking confused when I informed him my car was still sitting by service door where I originally parked it. He took keys and drove it back to service dept. Half hour later he returned with a list of costs for the items for next service. No service done on car at all. I took my keys and left, never to return there. Probably lucky since they most likely would have destroyed my nice car had they touched it. As I’m leaving, I overhear a person there to pick up her car wonder why her car was still parked in exact spot where she left it at 7am that morning. Same problem.
