Bought a 2004 dodge durango, truck kept overheating, they changed everything, thermostat, water pump, radiator, STILL OVERHEATING. Finally after missing time from work, they said the truck couldnt be fixed and offered me to trade it in. Fine, i pick out another suv, 2006, ford explorer, guess what, they asked me for another down payment. Had the explorer six months, trasmsission slips, i offered to do a voluntary repo, got threatened, bottom line is , DONT BUY FROM CAR OUTLET!! They sell lemon cars and overcharge you for them. They also harass you and your references if your payment is late!! Worst dealer ever!!!! I dont mind paying my bills as long as it is for a car thats working properly>
I was excited to get my first car, got my first house more like it. 25000 for a 2010 yaris with 125000 miles. now that i have a better paying job and want something better, i cant seem to be helped, i understand the cultural aspect but, absolutely know one speaks proper English which makes the process a bit one sided on their behalf.
Was told nothing but lies then I was cursed at and challenged to a fight. I was called out my name and threatened just because I went in to ask some questions regarding my car. This is the worse place ever! They don’t have any resolution or higher manager to help
With your situation they’re friendly at first for them to get the sale. I would like to see some type of action taken to help out!

Same thing happened to me. Only that they never changed the ownership on the title for my trade in. City of chicago was charging me $2,000 for tickets and towing. I went in to ask yo get this fixed all I received was a harsh tone getting yelled at and finally a it’s not our fault we can’t help you.
Por favor paisanos, ya no se dejen engañar por estos locales de ventas de carros, son unos RATAS, y lo malo es son de la misma raza que uno, no se los recomiendo, La mayoria de los vendedores son hispanos pero en realidad esta compania pertenece a anglosajones esta compania nomas los estafafa con precios super altos y su financiamiento super al como el 19.99% que casi es lo mismo que pagaras el carro con una tarjeta de credito. Aveces sales pagando lo doble por un carro, mucho OJO OJO.
Lo bueno k yo solo fui a ver como trabajaban y trate de aplicar para un prestamo y me dijieron si calificas, y me pregunte como voy a calificar si mi credito esta muy mal y estoy en bancarrota?
bueno yo solo segui l corriente como nosotros decimos!!
y salio que un carro dos años viejo que tenia 90,000 millas su precio era de 19,999 y me pregunte como? con eso puedo comprar uno casi nuevo a ese precio pero segui, y el vendedor dijo; son precios de ventana pero podemos negociar bueno al final llego a 14,999 y yo dije; No amigo ese carro no los vale si quieres 12,000 por que pienso que es lo quw realmente vale y me digo no se puede pera ya estaba mas molesto!

19,999 precio del carro
5,000 de rebaja
14,999 tu precio
1,000 de Down
13,999 Lo que financias
bueno al final dijo; 480 pagos X 60 Meses
sin decirme ni que % de interes solo asi 480 X 60
Y le dije; no mt friend ni crees que es mucho casi lo doble del lo que vale el carro.
480 X 60 = 28,800 Dolares jejeje hasta me diovrisa de verdad
Ese precio es rudiculo jeje por eso paisanos mucho OJO
Bueno al final consegui el mismo carro, menos millas y un buen interes
11,000 Dolares, 40,000 millas y a un interes de 1.9% bueno esas es mi historia. Busquen ayuda para este tipo de casos primero informense y luego busquen precios, que los vendedores solo buscan su comision y no les interesa lo de nosotros entre mas rapido mejor para ellos.

The worse car dealer in Illinois, bad customer service, i bought a car that broke own a week after i adquired …. the car was parked for four months @ home the transmission was gone.. car outlet fixed… but they add almost $3000.00 to my bill …… my experience dont be so insane to buy a car there!

I am glad that MIlly, is receiving attention for what happened to her. But she is not the only one there are hundred of us whom have horrible experience with Car Outlet. I bought a Jeep Cherokee that came with your guarantee that the car was check by a machine and its not true the car-facts show that no mechanical work has been done to the car since 2011 and i bought it in 2012 the car broke down that same day i left the dealership. I have a list of thinks that are wrong with the Car. the manager at the Elgin dealership has done nothing to help me out. I had to get an attorney so i can resolve this issue. I waiting for a response from them. Honestly I trusted your world that i was buying a safe car but my son almost got hit because the car broke down as we were making a turn. I hope MIlly gets help but don’t forget about the rest of us. We deserve Justice as well.
