Bought a 2009 Ford focus. Josh said he would sell his mother the car. When I drove it home the check engine light came on. Had it checked that day needs a new computer, 1500 to 2000 dollars. Called Josh the next day he said he would talk to his boss. Called me back and said, we can’t help you. I paid to get it fixed. Now exactly a month later it has blown the head gasket. They tell me 1500 to 2000 to fix that. I paid 3150 for the car with fairly low miles. I would never purchase a car from here and will do anything I can to discredit there business. I am 58 years old am the only one that drives this car. I bought it to drive to work, all highway. I have purchased a lot of cars and have never been ripped off and lied to this badly. They should not be in business. CROOKS AND LIARS
The sales people were very busy with other people, which was fine. They seemed nice. They told me there was one minor issue with the car and how much it would be to fix it and I talked them down that amount and was happy with the car. However, when I took the car home not too long later it started making weird sounds. I took it to the mechanic and it has several issues adding up to be around $1,000. The original issue they claimed it have was not even present. Over charged for a lemon.
This company needs to be shut down for selling bad cars and not making it right they sell lemons so people please don’t buy from this car lot I bought the truck on March 16th 2016 then had to put it in the shop for repairs on march 17 =2016 took it home and it broke down now I payed lots of money and the tags are about to expire in September of 2016 now I can’t even run it thouth deq to get new tags or drive it.

Dishonest, non-integrity, scam, frauds, thief,
Anyone who has ever been to our dealership knows there is basically no pressure to buy anything. Most of the time Jerry doesn’t even get out of his chair. No one is ever pressured on the phone or in person. In fact we have many repeat customers due to the fact that we do not pressure anyone into anything.
Due to this customers horrible credit and lack of paying their bills we had to send them to a high rate interest loan place (united finance) who has nothing to do with us and we do not make any money off the financing. This customer put $600 down on this rig June 6th 2012 so we would not sell the Durango she was trying to purchase. Then it took her a month to come up with the rest of the $400 down. We legally had to take the car off the market due to the down payment. Knowing the conditions of the loan in June she continued with the purchase. After showing up in July to pick up the rig with some of her friends she got cold feet about buying the car and they talked her out of buying the car. She got a full refund (I have a check written to her and cashed the same day that she decided to not buy the car).
People need to understand that we have nothing to do with financing if you have bad credit because you do not pay your bills then the finance company charges you a high interest rate. People with good credit get low interest rates. That’s how it works.
Obviously, Jerry should be getting out of his chair. Clean up your act, Van Doozer!
please people do not waste your time nor money the old man jerry is a scam artist i almst lost my life because the idiot didnt inform me of a uni frame needed to be replaced nor about my custom wheels then my ball joint broke due to lack of knowledge about the car i will pursue a lawsuit aginst these “so called salesmen
“
Thanks for your posting on this company. On July 2nd and 3rd, we had a real negative encounter with the owner himself. Mr. Dustin VanDoozer. This man had promised to refund us the full amount of our money, put down on the vehicle, if we decided we did not want to go with this deal, after we visited their finance company they had sent us to. To our surprise, we found out the rude and hard way that the owner, Mr. Dustin VandDozer was a young man who speaks out of both sides of his mouth. (meaning he lied to us) And would not be a man of his word. Promising to give back the full $1,000.00 refund we had put down on the vehicle. When bringing the vehicle back within just a couple of hours of driving it off the lot,due to the compounded interest with the finance company, Indeed, the owner, Mr. Dustin VanDoozer, decided to not honor his word of a full refund. He still has hour money and we too, will be pursuing a lawsuit against Mr. Dustin Vandoozer and Van Doozer Auto Brokers LLC.
