Bought vehicle from dealership in November 2011 now is August car has broken transmission. Dealer failed to use the highest degree of care when selling car. Brought car for routine oil change was never notified of transmission issue, light came on after the service. Next day transmission went out on Highway 40 during rush hour morning traffic. Luckily got over to side of road before causing an accident and serious damages. Dealer failed to fix the recall issued from Acura and did the bare minimal required. Sales manager is Phil Chandler. GM is Tom Fogerty. I would not recommend this dealership for safety concerns.
After calling ahead to find the car I wanted was in stock, the whole transaction took about 15 minutes and involved minimal haggling. This was a wonderful contrast to the unpleasant environment at Frank Leta Acura.
I scored the financing as zero because I have no experience with Mungenast in this area.
