My Domani Motors reviewAgainst my better judgement, I purcahsed a 1992 Mustang LX convertible from Domani Motors, sight unseen. There were lots of pictures and other information on the internet. It looked to be a good deal. But in all of the pictures of the car with the top down, I noticed that both rear windows were left up. I thought this was strange but did not realize this had been done in an effort to deceieve the buyer. When the car was delivered, only 1 of the windows was operational. Whoever had taken the pictures knew of this issue and had deliberately concealed it by leaving both windows up. This was nothing short of unethical. Rather than risking an arguement over over the phone, I contacted Domani in writing about the problem. You would think that they would have bent over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction. Instead, they never bothered to respond. They just took the money and ran. Do yourself a favor. Find another dealer to purchase your expensive exotic automobile from!

My Domani Motors reviewI was placed a “refundable” deposit on a car that was 850 miles and was told in perfect condition. Upon traveling to Florida to inspect the vehicle, I noticed that the car had paint overspray, non alligned hood and missing internal components. In addition, the wear and tear of the vehicle suggest that the mileage might have been rolled back. When I asked for the deposit back, I was instructed that it was store credit only and a refund was not issued. I was clearly lied to and misled in the transaction. I am bringing this negative experience to the attention of the authorities. I was misled in the condition of the vehicle, I suspect the mileage was rolled back, I was not refunded my deposit and to add insult to injury, when I identified these issues the owner tried to pressure me to purchase a complete different vehicle (classic bait and switch). I have pictures and documentation to substantiate these issues and will gladly make them available. Buyers must be aware of these scams and take all necessary caution. My Domani Motors reviewCar was not even close to the way it was advertised.High pressure sales tactics.Very hard to get title for car.If you do decide to buy from them inspect the car closely before handing over any money,even a deposit and make sure that you receive the title before you leave.
