We took our Subaru in for the second time when our Sun Roof would not close. Five years ago this happened and we had to pay for a new track and we barely use the sunroof. The same thing happened this year and we were told that we had a worn track once again and we have only used it about five times since the last time we were told this. Rancho Grande was not willing to acknowledge that the sun roof is of poor design or that their previous workmen ship was not adequate. All that they care about is the money and we have expericed other problems with this dealership after the CD player quit working shortly after two years on the warranty. They have been absolutely the worst dealership I have had to deal with and I would never reccomend anyone in this area to purchase a Subaru if they need to have it serviced at Rancho Grande.
Their service is inadequate and poor to say the least.
The service is horrible at this dealership. When I arrived, they did not have my appointment loaded in their system. Johnny in the service department was completely unconcerned about fixing my car and commented that “it could take all day to reprogram my OnStar.” I opted to not do business with this dealership and would advise everyone else to beware of their rude behavior. The lady in front of me in line left in disgust also.
