Went to Executive Jeep on a Sunday. Very busy, but was greeted by the GM Sales who quickly found us a salesperson named Don DeGennaro, who listened to our needs and requests, came out with a vehicle equipped with the packages we wanted and went on a test drive with us, pointing out the vehicles features and drivability. At first my wife and I differed on color so Don brought out vehicles of both colors for us to compare, which made our decision much easier. Also put us into the vehicle with options that matched our requests exactly. He worked with us on price on the new vehicle and on our trade, and in a very short time had us feeling good about cost and the overall sales experience. It became obvious to both of us that he had a large depth of experience and his low key manner made this experience much more pleasant than several other new car buying experiences we have had in the past. The car was ready at the time promised, and everyone we came in contact with at Executive was pleasant to work with. I definitely would recommend Executive to friends looking for a new vehicle.

This is the 7th vehicle I have either leased or purchased from Executive Nissan. My experiences in all the transactions have been pleasant. The showroom appearance and professional manner used in presentation of their products makes it a welcoming environment. While the ever escalating gas prices have meant making some adjustments in my selection this time I am getting use to the minimal amount of downsizing it was necessary to do. Going from a Murano to the Rouge stung a little but am begining to enjoy the sportier handling of the Rouge, too say nothing of the increased gas mileage.
The one thing I might choose to complain about was not having anyone strike the gong when I signed the paperwork, maybe that is reserved for buyers only not leasers.
I ultimately drove almost 5 hours, from out of state to buy a vehicle from the dealer. I made this trip, without ever seeing the vehicle that I was going to buy,
The dealership gave me a trade-in value without seeing my vehicle.
This all sounds pretty dumb! I know, but the way I was treated over the phone. The things that were said to me, gave me confidence that Executive Nissan, had honest and considerate people working there.
I was pretty much guaranteed that I would be taken care of, and happy with the
decision to make that long drive. THEY WERE RIGHT!!!
To everyone at Executive Nissan THANKS!!!!!!!!!
