I recently purchased a 2008 Dodge Nitro from your company. I was very satisfied with my consultant, Justin Rhodes. He knew what I was looking for and knew that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. The day the Nitro came in Justin contacted me to let me know to come down and check it out. There was another customer interested in the same vehicle, but it didn’t work out. Justin contacted me to inform me that the Nitro had not been sold and that he would hold it for me untill that following week. Which is when I purchased!
Justin was very helpfull and was going to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted! I recommend Gurley Leep, and Mr.Rhodes as well!
:mad:I purchased a used vehicle that was inspected, etc for my safe ride home. When home,I immediately had my mechanic evaluate the car to see what the true condition was.. My certified, experienced, knowledgeable and honest mechanic let me know the car was not safe to drive, that the car would need $4000 in repairs, and maybe more. Gurley Leep evaluated this vehicle and knew its problems. Of course they did not reveal them to the buyer, me. The vehicle does NOT “runs super”, and does NOT “shift through all gears precisely” etc.,etc., Sales people appear trained to argue and chase their tails, going round and round, with words like “nothing is more important to us than customer satisfaction” or “We do all we can to make sure your experience is beyond your expectations” or even after the problems were reported, my salesman, Bill Weber says: “I want you to know that your problem concerns me. I do not want unhappy customers”. Of course words are their trade..no help, no satisfaction…just more words and arguments…and techniques to turn the arguments around to fault the buyer. “You attacked my character”…and other kinds of self-righteous indignation. Please know that there never was an intent to help. They want happy customers only on their terms, even if they sell you unsafe junk. If they have your money and you have their “junk”, the deal is over. High fives all around at Gurley Leep, right, Bill? I want my money returned!
