VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF OUR TIME! After spending 2 hours inspecting, test driving and negotiating our deal for a used vehicle we found on Autolist, they tried not to honor the price that was quoted and add on $595 for LoJack that they said was included and mandatory, as well as low ball us for our trade. We negotiated further and finally agreed to buy the car and waited for our salesperson Sheena to write up the paperwork, then they gave the keys to someone else to show the car to another customer, while we were discussing if we would finance the car and take it home that day. I think they were trying to put pressure on us and start a bidding war to jack the price up. We explained our frustration, but they did not seem to care or see that what they were doing was wrong. Another salesperson, Sergio, who claimed to be a manager, came over to us with a terrible attitude and it seemed as if he wanted to intimidate us. He accused us of taking too long to check out the vehicle that had a dent and scrape on it and looking at every scratch. He said that they would continue to show the vehicle until we signed the paperwork. I explained that we made an appointment and traveled to see this vehicle and it was not right to sell it out from under us, because Sheena would not complete the paperwork! He was very aggressive and said that if other people came to look at the car, they would let them look at it. All this happened and we did not even make it to the new car showroom (several blocks away) to see the finance manager yet.
They were very insulting, rude and unprofessional. We left the dealer and did not buy the car and would never go there or recommend them to anyone.
My wife called at noon and asked if a certain color car was in stock. The salesman Justin said they had two but asked if we could come in a few hours so they could prep the car. We arrived at 2:30 and told the car was still on its way and please have a seat. We didn’t want to do a test drive but wanted to talk money. Justin disappeared and popped back once to take our car for appraisal for a trade in. No one spoke to us for an hour and a half. When we said we wanted to leave Justin (maybe 21 years old tried to lecture us). We called his manager who was very rude. They claimed to be cleaning the new car for a test drive. Does a salesman do that? No, he engages the customer and works out potential financing.
You do not have potential customers who have thousands of dollars cash in their pockets to put down on a car sitting around. Extremely bad customer service. It wasn’t like they were busy.
Stay away from this place.

When I bought the car from Nissan of Queens in “06 I was sold a 5-year extended warranty for $900 (I have written prove). I received service for 2 years which was only oil change. Every time I took the car for service they would try to sell me tune up services which would cost $$$$. I recently had a very unpleasant experience with them. My car was not starting properly. I thought I was still falling under the extended warranty. I took it for service and they told me that the alternator was not functioning properly. Mind you my service engine light never came on. I was told that I don’t fall under warranty anymore and it would cost me $815 to change the alternator. I showed them the warranty papers I had from the dealer which states that I am under warranty until June 2011. They could not honor my warranty, telling some crap and gave a me discount. Still the service cost me $512. The starting problem has not been solved with changing the alternator. I called back and I was told that I will have to pay another $150 just to have it check it again. Don’t buy your car at this dealership. They are frauds and hungry for your money. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
i dont advise anyone to buy from this dealership they are thieves they take you deposit and when the deal dont go through u cant get your deposit back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!beware they are thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t understand how they have such philosophy of “costumers go first” if they treat you like shit. All they want is your money and for you to buy a car from them using their false statements and false promotional offers. I got ripped-off when I went and exchange my old lease for a new car. I ended up with two different accounts and a collection agency calling for a balance that Nissan offered to pay awhen the exchange was done. 😮
They called me last week to come in for a $10 oil change. I said OK and sent my file today on the appointment day. First they tried to sell her a $475 tune-up. She said no. So they charged her $47 for the oil change and told her she needs to change 2 belts (engine belt and alternator belt) for $175. I looked at the belts and so did a friend and nothing is wrong with them. They are liars and thieves. When I called them and asked what happened to the $10 oil change, the guy who dealt with the wife said he doesn’t know anything about it because he is not the one that spoke to me on the phone last week. NEVER GO TO NISSAN OF QUEENS!
