If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle, I definitely refer Jon Shah. He went far above and beyond finding, not just the car I was looking for, but a better one. I was looking for a BMW 330xi…yes from a Nissan Dealer, no particular year. He found the cleanest top of the line model I was looking for and within a few weeks I was driving off the lot with my 06 BMW 330xi…LOADED. When he says he can find what you are looking for…he means it ! Thanks again Jon
Bait and switch tactics! The salesperson told me over the phone that they had a car in stock but when I got there he said it was sold. As I was leaving he said he could get me into another car for the same price. I saw the car and agreed. I explained that it was for my wife and we had to go get her car for a trade. When I got back the paperwork said $3000 more on the car. The salesperson then lied 3 times to me and my wife. My 7 year old son was sitting next to me and asked why the guy was lying to us. Haha. His lies were so obvious that a 2nd grader caught him. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!
Recently my mother bought a used car from here and we had to keep returning and getting the run around about the car. When we first seen the car on the inside it was clean and nice but once we came back to get the car, there was dirt all over the car and on the seat and ceilings. They have very poor sportsmanship also, they are kinda racist. The financing takes forever we had to continue to run back and forth from the dealer all the way in Webster just to get things right. This place will never be recommend by me.
I called many dealerships to compare prices. Vision responded with the best price on the phone. However, even though I asked them for the final price including taxes and fees they informed me the quote did not include fees. This is *after* they took a deposit. We needed the car so we went through with the purchase anyways.
Now they tell me that the rebates that Nissan so prominently advertised are just “to get people through the door” and something that must be applied for but not necessarily given to everyone. Eh? So the price you will pay is thus a random function.
If you decide to deal with these guys make sure you get everything in writing *before* you sign anything!

No ethics, Not trustworthy, Ridiculous service
Got quote from them through email and negotiated about final price (at the very beginning, I made it very clear that I would not waste my over one-and-half hour trip to their dealership before we ccould agree on final price). Then I went there in person to finish the deal with the price we agreed on printed out in case some unfavorable things would happen. However, after I got there, it ended up with that they refuse to hornor the price we agreed on, their excuse is that is the mistake of their staff. What a fxxking ridiculous rip off, I felt being treated totally rude and with no respect. There was not even a truly apology about their so called “mistake”. I still not sure what the hell that kind of tricks do any good to them. Please save your life and time by not dealing with them.
