They have an oil change special, 6-8 pm. M, W, & F. I made a Friday appointment at 6:30 pm, explaining that I would be waiting on the service. Upon arrival at 6:30, the Service Writer advised they were a little backed up, but he’d “get us in” I explained that I had an appointment, he said he’d “get us in” So, I watched my car sit for ONE HOUR without moving. I asked the Service Writer about the timeline and he said there was still THREE CARS ahead of mine! Really? I had an appointment, which obviously means nothing to them. If you are going to schedule appointments, you need to honor them, This WAS NOT a “First come first served” drive in deal, this was a SCHEDULED SERVICE APPOINTMENT. Obviously my personal time is not important to St. Charles Hyundai, but it is important to me. Now after wasting this hour, I need to find another service center and start over, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this location for service. And, since this is how you treat customers after the sale, we will look elsewhere, probable Subaru, to upgrade to a 7 passenger SUV. Our family bought two new vehicle here in 2017, but no more.
I purchased a 2013 Nissan rouge new from this dealer and traded in a Nissan Cube. three weeks got a call from Nissan asking for my Cube payment. I called dealer and got run around. only when I told them I was going to states attorney did they resolve the issue. Now I traded in the rouge for another one (not purchased at St Charles Nissan) I went back to get refund of service contracts and once again I received the run around .. This dealer is a bunch of crooks stay away from here and go anywhere but here…
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! They lie about everything pretty much. Lied about the value of my trade in and told me it was “black book” price..well we ALL have access to that you idiots! They were off by about $4000!!! Then to escalate matters, they ran my credit through a bunch of places without telling me! and..I did find the right car at a GREAT DEALERSHIP..they ran my credit only once and got me approved for a really good rate & gave me a FAIR price for my trade in right away and the service at that dealership was fantastic! Tried to post this all on Dealer Rater but apparently they only allow Good posts on that site. STAY clear these guys lie and are VERY rude! Check out the Better Business Bureau site they have an “F” rating with the BBB.

they gave me 5k off the sticker on a Sante Fe and met me halfway between the resale and trade in values.
Thats a couple grand better than anyone else did.
We have had a LOT of problems with my 2007 Altima and not ONE of them has been fixed. Most recently my car was taken in AGAIN because I have had problems with squealing brakes from day one and they would constantly tell me the brakes are fine, now they say they do have a memo telling them to replace the brakes, but since mine has wear and tear, it doesnt qualify and will cost me $237, FOR BRAKES? Also they refused to fix my window motor that will roll a window down, but not up. Found out from an independant car mechanic that the battery in my car is at least five yrs old and bad, Nissan refuses to replace it stating that I “cant prove” how old the battery is. Why? Because the manufacture date has been ripped off, go figure. And to top it off, when I bought the car, they didnt bother to tell me that they had never even done an inspection on it (it had 3,000 miles on it), so I had to go pay to have an inspection done on a car I just bought. Rediculous. If you are going to buy a car, do not go to this dealer. Better yet, dont buy a nissan, we also contacted them about the problems 2 times and nothing was done even then. In this economy you would think that businesses would want return customers, well, they wont get that from me, or you if you are smart!
