I put money down on this vehicle 2.5 weeks prior to picking it up. I told them the date i wanted the car and they assured me that everything would be good to go for that day. Then i didnt hear from them for a while, so i called again and asked are you sure everything is good to go? the said “of course”.
I had a far drive to get to the dealership, the morning that i was set to leave i get a call saying they didnt have everything they needed so to hold on…. of course… this pissed me off and when i told them that they needed to get organized over there, as this is something i was having to follow-up with them on. I was told “just go buy the car somewhere else”. really? really?
I got them the info they needed, and then they told me i had to be there before a certain time (never told me that before). I would have left in time if you would have been organized before the DAY OF!
bottomline, the day you buy a car should be fun and exciting. they made it stressful and annoying.
they may be good at sales but they are completely disorganized.
I felt like they had never done an in-transit permit before. Out of State buyers beware. salesmen for focused on commissions rather than customer service. Any buyers beware.
