My Cooley Mazda & Volkswagen reviewWhere to start? Their online service scheduler doesn’t work…they forgot to service my car once and I had to wait past closing time. They neglected to tell me that my inspection was expired, but gave me a coupon for a free inspection on my next visit. The final straw was when I had a recall repair scheduled…the shuttle to take people to work was scheduled to leave at 8:30am…apparently the driver forgot to fill it with gas, so it stalled. We didn’t leave until 8:55am and I was late for work. I was offered nothing for the inconvenience, either.:mad:
