The Lincoln County Apple Festival is held annually in downtown Lincolnton the third Saturday in September. The hours are from 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. This year’s celebration will be held on September 17. The festival provides the community with a family friendly event that serves as an annual reunion for many folks. It is also a significant fund-raising opportunity for a number of local non-profit groups. The festival offers a wide variety of entertainment, food, crafts, and much more.
