Dan Clark was my salesperson when I purchased my pre-owned Q7 in April of 2011. Dan is very professional and a great guy to work with. He treated me and my wife with respect and kindness from the beginning of the car buying process and has not stopped working with me, even after the sale. Dan has been there for me to help me with any service issues or questions about the car. I even have his cell phone number that he insists I use for any reason. I even enjoy just stopping into the dealership for a car wash and chatting with Dan about anything, not just the car. I would definitely consider buying another Audi and buying it from Dan Clark.
I wanted to take the time to write and express how impressedI was with my recent purchase at Continental Audi. I have purchased 12different cars, I’m only 35, and this was by far THE BEST car buying experienceI’ve had. Dan Clark worked very hard to earn our business and help get me intothe car we wanted. You see, I visited the dealership 2 years ago with theintention of getting a CPO Q7. After working with Dan we realized we were notready to move into a Q7 and ended up leasing a different vehicle. However, whenwe recently started to look the first person I contacted was Dan. This is a testament to how well herepresented Continental Audi that I returned to buy a car from him after 2years and an initial unsuccessful purchase.
My wife was so frustrated after our past car buyingexperiences that she refused to be involved in this process at all. Afterworking with Dan she now feels comfortable with Continental Audi and would nothesitate to return to your dealership. This process was smooth and notstressful. We did not have to haggle about prices, and there were nohigh-pressure sales tactics.
Dan took time showing my wife all the features of her newQ7, and even asked her to return after a few days with the new car to answer anyfurther questions.

During the purchase process for our A8L, Bill Manrot was terrific – kept us informed of the status of the car and always on top of things. Made us feel very comfortable and welcome. When we went to pick up the car, Bill was prepared – not only with the paperwork details but spent as much time as needed going over all the features and how they work. Offered to come to our house and help us further if we had questions after we drove away.

Being a Corvette owner for over 37 years, we knew that switching to an Audi had to be the right thing for us to do. Knowing how satisfied our best friend was, we knew we’d be happy. I’m pretty sure most people don’t enjoy the car buying process….but as a woman, its even more daunting. I purposefully walked through dealership lots on Sundays so I could make up my mind without being bothered and then searched the internet for a salesman/dealership that had good customer reviews. I don’t have the time or patience to pick a dealership randomly and then sit through mind numbing negotiations so the internet was extremely helpful. And finally, I found Dan Clark at Continental Audi in Naperville, IL. I wasn’t completely sold on the Audi SUV but since Dan, the dealership and the service department all had fantastic reviews I had to check it out.
I live in the City of Chicago so Naperville is a loooong way to drive for anything. But I’m so glad I did! Dan Clark was the perfect salesperson for me. He was knowledgable, genuine and easily guided me through the options and vehicle pricing. We had to negotiate a few things (you always do when making a purchase this big) but Dan was professional and even made things fun. And when he had to go and check on a few things, the other salesman treated me well too. What a crazy place!
Seriously, it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. And I loooove my Audi Q5. I even look forward to seeing Dan when I take it in for regular check ups. When have you ever wanted to see your salesman again? 🙂

‘ve had nothing but good experiences with Continental Audi. Have had both Dan Clark and John Ditch help me out on numerous occasions. Service is great. Not only are the problems consistently corrected (a new experience for me with car dealerships) but the car is washed when I pick it up. I bought a certified used A-8 about two years ago, and still find it a unique pleasure to drive every time I get into it. It probably took a month to discover all the comforts and features this car has to offer, the list is incredibly long.
We have purchased 4 Audis from Continental over the years and have never had a bad experience with anyone at the dealer. Give them a try.

My local Audi dealership in northern Indiana is less than great to deal with. So, when it came time to replace my old Audi, I got in touch with Continental Audi.
My expectations were exceeded. From a past experience with their Acura store, I anticipated a smooth experience. I could not be happier with the experience. Bill and the entire team were helpful, prompt, and made the entire process a pleasure. I feel like I got a very fair deal, I was treated very well, and this is the first dealership I’ve ever been inspired to leave reviews about.

This was such a wonderful experience. Even though this location is going through an intense remodel, it hardly hinders with the efficiency of this dealership. All the personnel were so well versed in the cars and were extremely personable. Overall, this was one of the best and easiest transactions I have ever gone through. This was all made possible by the hardworking, dedicated, and loyal audi sales staff; in particular Jeffery Garvey and Scott Kramer. This was our first experience at Continental Audi. We had done some research online, so we knew what we wanted from the start. However, having had prior experieces with other dealers, I have to admit, we arrived expecting to find more of the same, salesmen with low regard for customer service. And- being pressed for time, we had no choice but to bring the kids along, which made us look even more vulnerable on arrival. I now have to say, we were pleasantly surprised! We were fortunate enough to work with Dan Clark, he was so attentive right from the start. He proved that he was listening to us by responding to our concerns. These were not ignored, they were resolved. We even thought we had come prepared with a good pre-approval, which Dan was able to get an even better rate, an un-expected benefit. He went the extra mile for us. The whole experience was excellent and they proved they were a company with honest values through their actions. Even after we went home, Dan continued to show the same degree of care by reiterating the offer of any further assistance if ever needed down the road. I have already started telling my family and friends about the experience, and would refer anyone else with confidence.

I just purchased my 4th Audi from Continental Audi to go with my 5 Hondas purchased prior at Continental Honda in Countryside. This is an extremely well managed dealership with courteous, helpful, non-pushy staff. My sales experience was as I have come to expect — excellent. My sales person has always been Dan Clark who is a family-oriented person that fits well into this family run dealership. They also just put in place a car pick up program for service calls making it super-easy for me to have my new Audi service performed at their dealership.
In addition to giving me a great price and financing package on my new a4, they paid me top dollar on my trade in (a 2007 A6). I was an Audi owner for probably 15 years. Then decided on a change of pace & leased a BMW 528. What a mistake. I was stuck with it for 3 years. But my Audi sales guy Dan Clark was very understanding & patient. I remember him saying, “I’ll see you in three years.” He was right. Just took delivery of a 2011 A5 2.0T. It ROCKS. Dan knows I’m impatient, so he got me through the process quickly – no pressure. AND he figured out a way to get me out of my BMW lease a month early. So I’m happy and recommend Dan. He knows his stuff.

This was my first time working with Continental Audi – a neighbor had a great experience and recommended I check it out when I started my new car search. It was my first and only stop. William was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable and honest throughout. I was introduced to the sales manager almost immediately (Chad). Chad helped get me to a number I was comfortable with in my new Q5 and with my trade in. I had done my research online before heading in, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. It was my first time using Continental Audi. I tend to be very suspicious of dealerships and quite critical of their service/lack of service. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival by Keith Lindgren. I had a few issues I needed addressed with my car and was quite unsure of how to address them. Keith was knowledgeable, friendly and executed on all my issues in a timely and professional manner. I am married to Audi cars and at this point I will only use Continental Audi in Naperville for all my service needs and future purchases.
:)Bought many cars over the years but never an Audi and never from a kinder proffesional than Dan. Not sure which was better the car (A5) or the experiance with Dan. I did look at other places at the same car but the process at Continental was pain free and enjoyable. Dan makes car shopping fun, the way it should be. I was told that it would take a long time to get a Q7, that nobody had them-not so with Continental Audi. I got a brand new Q7 about 4 weeks after my initial inquiry w/Dan Clark at CO Audi. I love the new car and the car buying experience from Dan and Continental. I travelled 2 hours to Chicago, went to several Audi dealers, and Continental stood head and shoulders above the others I visited. Would definately recommend to anyone considering an Audi.

I have been purchasing Audi cars for the past 7 years at Continential Audi. This is my 4th purchase. I recently bought a new Q5 from Dan Clark. He honestly goes above and beyond to provide consistent, timely service long after the sale is completed. The serivce dept. (Robin in particular) and all of the service clerks are very knowledgable, courteous, and always helpful. Always willing to provide a loaner and Dan Clark even helps with picking up my car and providing a loaner when I don’t have time to drop it off. This dealership is top notch!
I bought my Audi from Dan Clark at Continental Audi of Naperville last spring. I received notice of recall in the mail for my A4 from Continental Audi, early this year. The letter told me some basic information in regards to the recall and warned me to keep my eyes open for another letter that would then have me call for service in order to correct the issue. The letter arrived, promptly as promised. I called the day I received the letter in order to arrange an appointment.
When I called I was offered the opportunity to have a loaner car delivered to me (as I do live quite a distance away from the dealership). Although, I did decline. The letter said the recall could be fixed in two hours time, so I figured I could deliver the car to them, this time.
The day of my appointment arrived and unfortunately I had to cancel (due to my schedule). I called with not much advanced notice and they were completely understanding. They rescheduled immediately, no questions asked.
I was able to keep the next appointment, however I did need a loaner car and forgot to make arrangement prior to my arrival. Once again, complete understanding from the service staff, a loaner car was made available to me right then and there, no questions asked.
Delivering on their promises, service was complete in two hours time. The service staff had called my cell phone to let me that my car was ready, but told me no hurry on returning the loaner car. I discovered later that they had also emailed me that my car was done, too, which is very convenient.
Service was friendly and quick. Recall was fixed and I got the opportunity to test drive a new A4 as my loaner car. I have no complaints as to this service appointment or any other service I have received here. I would definitely recommend Continental Audi of Naperville.
The General Manager was a complete jerk. I have never dealt with ‘professionals’ who treat customers this way. We purchased a used car from them with 14750 miles on it. They had not done the 15K mile check at the time, so we had to return it to the dealer 3 weeks later for the check and were told that we needed 3 new tires. Were these not checked before they sold us the car? How is it possible that someone could ruin tires in 3 weeks and 250 miles? When we complained about this, they were rude and incredibly unhelpful, and would not even discuss this with us. The general manager is a jerk and I would NEVER send a friend to buy a car here.
