😀 Great experience my wife and i are extremely happy from the moment we walked in we where greeted byMr Patrick Tarsio who showed us the enormous selection that dana has in stock. patrick was kind and knew all the many features that the 2009 Ford edge sport had to offer.My wife and i loved the truck and the honest answers that patrick gave us. We then met Mr Louis Gasparini who is the sales manager who gave me a verry fair price on my 17year old trade in which sealed the deal for us . Our last stop was the finance office Mr Mark Pescatore who was honest and got us the best rate for a used truck. From start to finish the staff that that my wife and i did business with are true professionals and are assets to the Ford and Lincoln brand .Yours truly Mr Charlie and Kim Ryan
Went in for a tire and a service light on my airbag. I was told at 9am after being there for an hour that the aibag light problem was taken care of and the tire needed to be ordered (at a cost of$195)and I would be out in about thirty minutes. At 1130am I finally pulled away and turned on my radio to find it wasn’t working so I went right back. three hours later I leave wit a working radio and the airbag light back on. The tire cost me $125 at pep boys. I am sorry that Ford decided to allow Dana Lincoln Mercury to take over Island Ford.
upon agreeing on a deal and being assured of a loan approval on july 15 2009,i was hung out to dry until july 28 with lies that they were working hard on getting the deal done with the ford motor credit department. on july 28th i was informed that they couldnt get the deal done. all the while i was just put off. sean in the finance office at the dealership is a bit of a fibber. weasled his way out of telling the truth. they kept telling me that the car we agreed on wasnt in as they were waiting for delivery. after a week of hearing this they began telling me they were working hard and that there was a minor issue. that it would still get done. granted there was a credit issue….but they lied.not to mention getting back my down pmt has been a nightmare! think twice. not the most accurate or caring bunch. also….most of the time i called i always got that anthony the salesman wasnt in,wasnt in yet or wont be in today. maddening!
