I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I took my car here to get fixed at the body shop after I got rear ended. Danny Johnson Jr. told me it would be done super fast no big deal and that they would keep constant communication with me while it was in the shop. Literally everything he told me was a lie. The car was in there for 4 WEEKS!!! They never called or e-mailed me ONCE. I called multiple times to check in with when it would be done, and got 4 different dates, each time pushing it out further. I wouldn’t have even known it was going to be done unless I called them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Then I get there, and you would think after having my car for an entire month everything would be done correctly, NOPE! There were still scratches and my backup camera was not set right (and they said there was nothing they could do to fix it). I have honestly never been so furious in my life. The entire time Danny, who is some sort of manager never apologized, never acted like anything was wrong. Now I understand things taking longer than planned, but the lack of communication was something that they could have done better, and there is NO way it should have taken that long in the first place. Moral of the story DO NOT take your car here.
My husband had a horrible experience with this dealer. His Lincoln Mark was misdiagnosed to the tune of $2000.00. He was told he needed his engine repaired to stop a clicking noise, however when he pulled it out of the garage the noise was still there. My husband started a new job the next day and needed his car so paid (the service manager told him to drive it a few days and he would notice the sound had reduced…WRONG). There was no change in the vehicle. My husband spoke with the VP of the dealership and he offered no solution. We had to finally get the car repaired at a gas station for $900. It was an issue with the exhaust and the station was certain there was no issue with the engine (only 70k miles on the vehicle). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY. They are rude, do horrible work, and offer no customer service. I’m sure they will go out of business real soon so don’t bother.
