My wife and i went in just to take a look at some vehicles and was greeted by the consultant Beyjan Itez. Not only did he find the perfect vehicle for us but his patience and attitude was superb. Within 2 hours we were out and about with our brand new RX-350! My wife and i are so happy thank you Tri-County Lexus, Beyjan and Steve!!

This was my first “step up” into the luxury market, and I was not sure what to expect. Suffice it to say, the gentlemen at Tri-County Lexus made me feel comfortable and at east. (Whew!) There was no pressure to upsell me, and they spoke to me with words any layman could understand. The professionals at TCL helped me choose the appropriate car AND helped me decide between financing and leasing – no easy feat as I kept throwing more and more considerations at them! In the end, I walked away with a fair deal on an excellent car. I couldn’t be happier. They also introduced me to their service department, and so I now feel comfortable about that next step as well. Unbelievable!!! First, your car’s ready, show up – not even started. Second time, your car will be ready – not ready “We put the wrong engine in it”, 3rd time showed up day after car supposedly done – not quite there. Waited 2.5 hrs. Then bill was $5k more than quoted. Asked for paperwork on replacement engine – on your receipt – Not on receipt. Now here we are 5 wks later under 1k miles, with a bad engine!!!
I initially contacted the dealership via the internet. I received a reply and a phone call from a representative within the first ten minutes, not only were they prompt but very courteous and professional. I must say that I was very impressed by the way I was responded too, and their professionalism. I was by far given the very best deal, pressure free I must add. The female that I originally spoke to over the phone I must say impressed me; she had a reponse to all my questions and was very friendly, well spoken and reponsive. This are the perks of having well trained employees in your company, unlike other “high line LEXUS dealers” I will highly recommend Tri-County Lexus to anyone.. My sales consultant was very knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable. All these factors played a big role in my purchase decision. Thank you Tri-County Lexus you have earned a loyal customer for life!!
We’ve had terrible experiences with this service department. They don’t care about our time. When we bought the vehicle they told us about how they would drop off a loaner at our house and take the car in for service. But the reality was that they could not get to our home at the scheduled time and never let us know that they would be almost 2 hours late. So we stopped doing that and now we end up waiting in their lounge while they service the vehicle. Again problems with sitting in Little Falls: They don’t know where they put your car keys! But they won’t tell you about it…they say that they’re just finishing up. They could just give you the straight answer, but that’s too easy.
Most recently, we spent a few hundred dollars for routine maintenance and on the way home they vehicle was shaking at a relatively low highway speed…a newly created problem. So we’re heading back to them for a new “fix.”
I do not recommend these guys at all.
Could hardly believe so many true car people would give up their labor day holiday. Traveled from Pittsburgh area to NJ just for fun. Much to my surprise my salesman, Sean went out of his way to make us comfortable, His professional attitude and knowledge were off the charts. Yes I will returm and advise friends and family to do the same. Hats off to Junior in finance.
