My Central Valley Automotive reviewI have had nothing but problems with this repair facility. During the last 16 months, I have taken my vehicle there 8 times. Each time they claim that the problem is fixed, but when I drive it home I discover the same problems. When I inform them that my car is not fixed and that I’m having the same problems, they simply tell me to bring it back in. Each time I do the result is the same. They refuse to listen and they ignore your complaints. They definitely do not have five star service. In fact, they don’t even have one star. I would not recommend taking your car to this facility unless you don’t mind being treated like a second rate citizen and shelling out lots of money for work you didn’t need. I will never buy another Chrysler product as long as I live. I have had nothing but problems with my car and it doesn’t matter that I have a warranty because Chrysler does not stand behind their product. 😡
