Do not go there! I bought two cars from them, and returned both. They both had oil leaks. One would think that a dealer would service their cars before putting them on a lot. Instead I had to bring it to my mechanic to find it out. When I brought the cars back, they tried to tell me that they are not oil leaks, but I think that an experienced mechanic knows an oil leak when he sees one.
I returned the cars and all the paperwork and thought that I would just get my refund check in mail like I was promised. The salesperson John Sasselli even showed me where he had made a note in his calendar to send me back the deposit two days after I returned the second bad car. However, instead of the check, on that day the dealership mailed out a “thank you” letter to me for purchasing a car from them. When I called for a check, I was told that I can’t get my money yet unless I prove them with a cancelled check that they in fact do have that money. I did that – within 10 minutes I e-mailed them a cancelled check copy. When I had not gotten a check a week later, I called again, asked to speak to a manager. I was passed around to three different people, the last one of whom told me that their policy is to not mail the checks; that I have to come in to pick it up. It is ½ hour from my home and I had a sick toddler. However, they had been holding my money now for two weeks since I returned the second car. I need my down payment money. When I drove there, they asked a manager and now all of a sudden they could just hand me the check. No signature required, nothing, of course. Are they really that cheap that they can’t afford the first class stamp to mail it to me, but instead make me come with a sick child from PA and pay the gas and tolls? Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dealer where the employees do not lie to their customers.
