My Glendale Chrysler Jeep reviewCedric was great. We agreed to a deal. Then, when my wife and I came in to sign the paperwork the next day, Cedric informed us that the owner had quashed the deal, but would sell us the vehicle, but at a higher down payment and a higher monthly payment.
Baited us then switched the offer.
We said no and left.

My Glendale Chrysler Jeep reviewThey said my car would be ready in 3-4 days; three weeks later I got my car back. I kept calling to check on the status, and I’d have to call and call b/c most of the time no one answered the phone. I asked them to keep me updated, but they never did. So I’d waste my time hoping someone would pick up! When I did get someone on the phone, they told me it would be ready by the end of the week, when I’d call and call to check a good time to pick up my car, that’s when they would tell me that is wouldn’t be ready this week! No one was even going to call and let me know about the schedule change!! I guess their customers’ time is not important to them!!!

My Glendale Chrysler Jeep reviewIt’s refreshing to see a company that still puts the customer first. I can’t say enough about the service I received. Everything was clearly explained from beginning to end. After the sale they did not forget about me and made a very tough decision simple. I would recommend Glendale to everyone looking for a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge.:)
