0 Star for this dealership. From management to salespersons, everyone is a SCAMMER. They leased me a new car, and they didn’t pay the full balance of my previous car to Honda Finance because they had a system glitch at the time of purchase. They told me the remaining balance will be adjusted, but it never happened! Now I have to pay the balance for a car that I already returned to them!
It’s amazing how an internet listed car can be available at one price, confirmed at 7:30PM to be available at $1,000 below the advertised price and SOLD by our arrival at the dealership at 11A.M. the following morning on a VERY rainy day. Yet there sat another car identical in color and equipment which was available at $1,000 above the price of the car listed on the internet. I didn’t check the VIN but I’m betting it’s the same car. Used car Mgr said it would go to auction the next day if I didn’t buy it because it had been on the lot too long. (Gee – it’s still listed today. Guess they decided not to sell it at auction) Offered Trade-in value for our Lexus was way below wholesale value and no willingness to negotiate a fair trade-in price!
Smells like “bait & switch” to me.
I recommend finding another dealer. We’re searching elsewhere.!
I shopped for my Honda at Keyes several times before finally purchasing mine at Kolbe. The Manager TJ and several other of the staff at Keyes were smug, rude, and extremely pushy. They gave us such severe attitude when we said we wanted to keep looking! Their reply was “you won’t find a cheaper price anywhere else.” Guess what?! I did!! Don’t forget that if you have a AAA membership, to email AAA directly and provide them with the make and model of the car you want to purchase. They will send you a list of the cheapest dealerships in your area and you can go from there. Don’t forget that your Car Insurance company may have WAY better extended warranties then the dealerships. I purchased mine through Geico. Good Luck searching for your new car and don’t forget to do your research, never give the dealership your phone number if you are just looking, and stay away from Keyes!!
